Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Advertising and No Refund
This course is not as advertised. I enrolled based on the promotional material, but once I accessed the course it became immediately clear that the content was nothing like what was implied in the advert. The marketing is misleading and does not accurately represent the actual course material.
As soon as I realized this, I requested a refund immediately. Despite being well within the 14-day refund window, my request was refused simply because I had “accessed” the course. How else is a customer supposed to know whether the course matches what was advertised without accessing it? The advertising alone was false and incomplete, and accessing the course was the only way to discover that.
I only viewed around 19% of the course, which is nowhere near enough to justify denying a refund. This feels like a technicality being used to avoid honoring the spirit of their own policy. The policy states refunds can be given within 14 days, but they hide behind the wording “at the provider’s discretion” to refuse refunds outright.
Support was also inadequate and frustrating. Instead of actually helping, I was passed from one person to another with no real answers or accountability.
Be warned: once they have your money, getting it back is extremely unlikely, even if the course is not what was advertised. In today’s financial climate, people cannot afford to throw money away on misleading products and unhelpful support.
I would not recommend this course or this provider to anyone. Proceed with caution.

Buyer beware - unable to cancel within 14 days for refund
Tried to cancel within the 14 days - and still no refund. They have taken my money, and now not communicating or refunding.
Joke it - it was a course on the Law and consumer rights ... and over £1000!
** Update ** I have had NO communication with the company or any offer of a refund even though I requested well within 14 days. I logged in ONCE and saw the format of the course and immediately knew with ADHD this was not possible to do and informed them.
Other courses are not dry written format - and there was no way of knowing prior to purchase.
Paypal dispute was due to ZERO communication or replies from the company - and I STILL have no response direct from them about the issue.
I have NOT logged in since asking for a refund as the course format is not suitable for myself to learn.
Buyer beware as there are no money-back guarantees obviously!!! No buyer protections either for poor quality course format that doesn't include neurodiverse ways of learning.

We responded promptly, explaining that the course is an awarding-body structured programme and offered additional support, including a free one-to-one tutor session. As a goodwill gesture, we also offered a complimentary upgrade to our Prime Lifetime Access Plan.
Despite this support, the learner opened a PayPal dispute on 14 November claiming lack of communication. We submitted full evidence, including all emails and course details, and PayPal reviewed the case thoroughly, ruling in our favour on 26 November. The 1-star review posted does not accurately reflect the support provided or the final outcome of the dispute.

Don’t like all the reading more videos or AI reading the modules to you would be preferred
Don’t like they charge you to resit an exam
Don’t like how moc exam and final exam questions are totally different makes having a moc exam pointless
