Full of spelling and grammar mistakes
The course was easy to follow, however it is littered with spelling and grammar mistakes, and has words in the wrong place. One of the modules also had a completely wrong headline. It could do with a proof read and amendments.

Very simple to use platform
Very simple to use platform.
Swift response from staff when I had a question.
My only issue is that the cost of the certificate was not made clear up front. I was enticed by the discounted price of the course, but then when I went to order the certificate realised it was significantly more.

Avoid this cowboy organisation
I bought a level 6 Hr course from reed i completed the course and got a merit then they told me they made a mistake and its a level 7 course. I wanted the level 6 they then offered to change it to a level 6 in hr and payroll but they put the grade as a fail. I've been going back and forth with resolution. I would avoid them and do the course with another organisation.
