I bought the yearly subscription and my order completed on Saturday. I have been unable to access any courses yet without being asked to pay again. I have sent a query to customer service but all I have had back so far is an automated message.

Helped me a lot I like the fact that I can study at my own pace and complete the course quickly if I wanted to I took the level 2 math and English functional skills and passed it within a week and certificate can get printed off straight away once completed.

The course was well structured and relevant. I found the regular quizzes were a good way of building confidence throughout the course and served as useful revision of the key points for each module.

Customer service will ignore emails.
I purchased the BSL course and have barely been able to complete it as the videos have no sound. I contacted customer services and had a response asking me to try a few things, and since then I've had NOTHING. I responded several times saying I'm still having issues, and my emails get ignored. I've been chasing this up since before July 2025. I am not pleased.

I will update the rating if anything changes but initial feelings aren't great. Ordered a bsl course off Groupon was given login details that don't work.i have emailed one education and had an acknowledgement email but no further help.

Payment Taken but Subscription Not Activated – No Support Response
I purchased a Lifetime Premium subscription based on the promise of 24×7 support. However, after completing the payment, my subscription was never activated.
I am currently unable to:
Access the learning portal
Log in or start learning via the Android app
I have sent multiple emails (2–3 times) to customer support regarding activation and access issues, but no response has been received, even after 10–12 hours.
The payment amount (520 SAR) is currently on hold / uncleared in my bank account, but no service has been delivered so far. This lack of communication and failure to activate the subscription is very concerning and does not match what was advertised.
I am now forced to contact my bank to dispute the transaction due to non-delivery of service.
I hope the company responds and resolves this issue promptly, but based on my experience so far, I would advise others to be cautious.
