Costs for applying, then costs for getting even a pdf of the cetificates all with very pushy and extramly slow support team that may not even be human.
This is a waist of time and money find somewhere else.

You offer a good range of courses at excellent value. My son is the one learning C++. He does have difficulty understanding the tutor but we hope that will get better in time, it’s early days yet.

I paid for a lifetime membership and…
I paid for a lifetime membership and received the invoice confirming my payment, but my account was never upgraded. Because of this, I still cannot access the courses or claim the certificate I completed.
I have submitted multiple complaints and support requests, but I have not received any response, and the issue is still unresolved.
Very disappointing experience. After paying for lifetime access, I expected proper support and access to the services promised. I hope the team will address this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
