frustratingly this company offers a next day delivery. then you place your order and pay, and they then email you saying delivery is 10 days away. When I spoke to them they said their website is not linked to their stock control. So I wasted time in placing the order, days to get my refund and then had to find another company to supply.

The products are great value and good quality and the customer service from the staff is brilliant.

The chair came with a wheel missing and was produced as the driver was leaving. The chair cannot be raised and I thought from the description that it was possible. I have to use cushions to get the right height. The delivery was very quick and the driver was helpful. Slightly disappointed but as I cannot visit a store I rely on the Internet.

From the moment I requested my initial quote, Katrine went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. I needed to negotiate the price to fit within my director's budget for 14 boardroom chairs, and she was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process.
What impressed me even more was that, for months later, they honoured the same discounted price from the original quote. I had also made a mistake with my order after initially requesting a quote for 10 chairs, but they were more than happy to add the additional 4 chairs at the same discounted rate without any hassle.
To top it all off, delivery was completely free.

After placing an order for £14k with OFO, I was left to purchase IKEA furniture last minute due to this company not delivering after 1 week.

Awful. I ordered a chair and 3 office desks from this company. I have the chair but a month later NO DESKS. Do not pay for assembly as nobody calls to arrange this!! I have now cancelled the assembly and just asked for delivery. I have chased multiple times and was finally promised delivery by 6pm last Friday. Still no delivery. I have new staff starting this week with no desks. There is no accountability, no manager to speak to all week (!) and no sense of urgency despite my company having paid a MONTH AGO for these desks. I have now sent at least 6 emails and phoned as many times. So disappointed by this experience and still waiting on someone to tell me when these desks will be delivered.

Great products, but the service experience was extremely disappointing. There was virtually no communication between the OFO team and the delivery team. As a result, the delivery team failed to deliver the table to the installation team's warehouse on three separate occasions, causing significant delays and unnecessary frustration.

I had paid for both the table and the installation, so I expected the process to be properly coordinated. Instead, I had to spend considerable time chasing updates and trying to resolve issues that should have been handled internally.

To their credit, the installation was finally completed today. The installation team arrived on time, the process was smooth, and everything was completed efficiently and professionally.

While I'm pleased with the quality of the product and the professionalism of the installation team, the lack of communication and coordination throughout the delivery process made for a very poor customer experience. I hope Office Furniture Online improves the communication between its customer service, delivery, and installation teams so that future customers do not have to go through the same experience.
