Office cancelled the order

I ordered a pair of sandals but office cancelled the order as they didn’t have the stock ..maybe try keeping your website up to date ..very disappointing.

Slow delivery, incorrect description of shoe fit

Unfortunately the shoes took forever to arrive because of issues with the delivery company. When they finally arrived they were the narrow version of the shoes so didn’t fit. There was nothing in the description online that said they were narrow rather than regular fit. Return was very straightforward.

Quick shipping and very quick and easy…

Quick shipping and very quick and easy refund process.

Unfortunately, I never received my item as delivery was never attempted by DPD, despite my having asked for it to be delivered to a locker. It went straight back to the depot and immediately back to Office.
