Mahirul was very helpful. I had my phone stolen and he promptly helped me get a new Sim and block the other one. He also took a look at my contract and recommended a cheaper deal. These are the reasons I’ve stayed with O2 for many years.

My problem is the services that i got after making my contract the fraud bar keep on going back again and again unfortunately everytime i have to call and be asked to wait couple of days its been a month since this case happened and i couldn’t use my number for anything the fraud bar thing is extremely over and if its right to do at least make the return back service faster instead of waiting for days to have my number back it should be immediately after checking it with the customer and thanks for stefan from o2 store he is really great and helped me through everything he even helped me to have the credit on my account cuz i didn’t even use the number and i have been charged he is really professional and great person to help and work with

I pay monthly for an O2 contract that includes roaming, yet the last two times I’ve travelled my data hasn’t worked for the first 3–4 days. Every time I have to ring customer service, it’s a hassle just to get something fixed that should work automatically. Then, when I get home, my phone also takes far longer to reconnect to the O2 network compared to other providers. For the amount I’m paying, this level of service is completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

Got new Sim new contract but also wanted to retain my old number. Went to O2 at Trafford Centre. There was a little bit of waiting but when it was my turn everything happened quite fast. Ariene was very good and supportive. She did everything as I expected. My old number was retained in the new contact and I could start using my mobile almost immediately. I wish Ariene all the very best for her future.

Soun was great attending me today, I came on my only day off and she was very efficient and helpful with whatever needs I had. The store in itself was great and gave a friendly atmosphere would definitely recommend for people to visit in store instead of online. Customer service is on point.
