Poor in every way, service whenever and wherever I go so dreadful, messages can take hours to arrive sometimes days even with full signal, they charge me twice for my bill then cause me hell on the phone chasing them repeatedly for a refund, customer service is dreadful. Signal is dreadful and the price is awful, so many better options so if you are thinking about using o2 don’t save yourself precious hours of your life you’d otherwise waste fighting for a refund, calling them, sitting around waiting for messages, or hell even paying over the odds for service which is worse than a third world country, choose EE cause whenever I’m out it’s only my friends around me on EE that can use their phones

I took out a new device and needed it changed and it sounded complicated over the phone. I popped in quickly to O2 oxford street and Stefan helped me change everything seamlessly and without issues.

After 13 years with O2 I have had enough. They are liars, I have O2 insurance phone is broken. Tried claiming some junior with no experience told me not covered. This took them 15 seconds without even asking my name. Passed me to customer services, customer services said I need to speak to insurance. After 45 minutes of being passed, they confirmed I had insurance. But told me phone is under warranty. 1.5 hours of bs by O2. Gave up, they fake advertise insurance, replacement next day they say. All BS.

Amin from O2 Westfield London was fantastic! He helped me resolve an issue regarding email log-ins that O2 Manchester location was not able to help me out with. Highly recommend this branch for their efficiency and top notch customer service!

They claim to give existing customers the same deals as new ones, they don't.
My phone bill for sim only has doubled but the only option to change is dearer, they will not give me the cheap deal that's available through every comparison site.
Started with Virgin media 20 years ago now and this is how they repay loyalty, Diabolical.

I visited the O2 shop today in westfield and although I am absolutely leaving and suing this horrible network, the staff in the shop were very helpful especially Aminah K who was on the phone to other team members trying to get the bottom of my issue and resolve it. Aminah was extremely helpful
and understanding. However, I left with my issue still unresolved only because the issue was beyond Aminah and there’s only so much she can do as a customer service advisor. I implore everyone else already on O2 to leave the network for their own good or not ever join if they are planning on joining.
Experience with Aminah 5 star , O2 as a network 0! with minus points if possible !
