Vaish went above and beyond to help me with a technical issue that I was pulling my hair out with. Customer services on the phone instructed me to go into store as they could fix the issue. Despite this information being incorrect, Vaish didn’t fob me off or direct me elsewhere. She took control of the issue and was determined to help me. I can’t thank her enough!

Excellent experience with O2 , thanks to Dhruvi
I had an excellent experience at O2 thanks to Dhruvi. She was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain all the available offers in a very simple and easy-to-understand way. She found me an amazing bundle with the newest Samsung phone, including some fantastic extras, and my monthly payments are actually lower than what I was paying for my old phone!
Dhruvi was so friendly, patient, and pleasant throughout the whole process that I recommended her to my husband. A week later, he also upgraded his phone with her, and he is just as happy with the great deal he received.
Thank you, Dhruvi, for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for her if you're visiting O2!
