The entire experience couldn’t be faulted, I’d been waiting for almost 15 months for an NHS appointment before the pain got too much and I decided to go private. Absolutely the best decision I ever made, the booking process, receptionist, and consultant were all 5*. The moment I first talked to my consultant (I’m not sure if I can name names?) but the first time I met him I knew I’d made the right choice as he was so reassuring and supportive. Pre-op care was outstanding and post-op just as impressive. I only wish to they could do my hysterectomy too!

From making the first enquiry about a hip replacement through to my aftercare following the operation, my experience has been first rate and I have been kept fully informed by the team at every stage.
Dr Middleton and his team guided me through my experience and I felt I was in very safe hands. Seven weeks after surgery, strictly following the exercise plan, I have no pain and am walking confidently which is something that I haven't experienced for many years. I am very grateful to Mr Middleton and his team for their professional care.

Through the whole experience of having my varicose veins treated, all the staff were incredibly professional, kind and helpful.
The communication in the run up to each procedure was second to non, and I felt well prepared.
The hospital was well presented and clean, and my husband was well looked after while waiting for me.
All in all I would certainly recommend this hospital, and if the need arose would look to have treatment here again in the future.

Both care at the point of operation, the overnight stay and aftercare physio have been wonderful
As i dont have internet access they kindly printed out my exercises.
