I have been using Mr Shah for years and he sold few properties for me, I would highly recommend his services, one of the best person in this field I would say, close your eyes and give him your case you won’t be disappointed.

Safa Hussain helped us navigate the sale of our house and buying a leasehold property. Having not brought for over 30 years the whole process at times seemed overwhelming but Safa helped us through the process, she kept us updated in a timely manner and overcame the numerous challenges in what turned out to be a prolonged process. She handled any issues in a calm and professional manner and was always willing to explain anything we didn’t understand.

I have bought and sold several properties over the last 10 years and this was the fastest ever conveyancing. Hannah, our conveyancer, responded promptly to contact from the other solicitor and sent things from us back to them promptly too. Very impressed with the way this all worked.

Utterly terrible. They have not responded to our solicitor, estate agent or the buyer themselves (their client) for a month despite multiple emails, multiple calls and copying in a partner. Avoid at all costs!!

I purchased a house through an auction and hired them to do the conveyancing. All throughout, they delayed communication with seller, no backbone in handling legal enquiries that would protect me as their client and after I had paid fully they delayed completing the signing papers and the seller demanded extra fees. Due to their actions and lies in how they handled my case, I lost the house and a significant amount of money. Needless to say, I am taking them to court.
