The worst experience I have ever had when I dealt with them for house part-exchange completed in December 2025, very slow reply from the solicitor & her assistant, hardly managed to exchange the contrast at the very last minute. I had to email & call tens of times to get a reply if I am lucky. Despite exchange of contracts, there are still outstanding documents for which I have been waiting for more than 4 months, no reply to my repeat emails, the only reply I got was more than 3 weeks ago after I called the office to raise a complaint. Still waiting for those documents.

Hamza worked tirelessly to complete as quick as possible. A date was set and was completed on that day. The whole process was wrapped up in just under 6 weeks. I know full well had it not been for the slow responses from the sellers solicitors this would’ve been done a lot quicker.
