NPS Law were very easy to work with and made the process of selling my mum's house stress free. A big thank you to Megan and Hanah at the Middlesbrough Office for taking care of matters and guiding me through everything.

I recently purchase my property junaid and Nasra was excellent throughout my property transaction. They were in incredibly professional, attentive,and always quick to respond, keeping me fully informed every stage.

Lorena was great and spent a great deal of time on phone with me helping me understand and answer the legal questions which i did not understand,

Initially I was very impressed with the service from the initial phone call with Libby she impressed me and told me what we could expect with the conveyancing process so we went with NPS Law. The dashboard which myself and my siblings could access was a highlight of the service and gave us access anytime to see how the case was progressing. There was a significant lull in the process which I’m sure is expected both at holiday time and waiting for responses etc. Although overall I do feel we had a good service I did feel let down by the promise of a weekly phone call and update. Initially Libby did contact us but then it became apparent she wasn’t on our case anymore and the promised weekly phone calls didn’t happen. I think even if there was no update the weekly phone call could still have been reassuring that things were moving on and what was happening instead we got more information from our buyers. Overall Libby, Harvey and Amandeep provided a great service in the very reluctant sale of our family home

Charlotte Hatch at NPS handled the conveyancing for my property purchase and throughout the process she was professional, helpful, and responsive. She kept us informed and guided us through what can often be a stressful experience, making everything as straightforward as possible.
The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that the conveyancing process took much longer than I had expected. However, I am not convinced that this was due to Charlotte or NPS, as many factors involved were outside of their control.
Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided by Charlotte and would happily recommend her and NPS to others looking for conveyancing support.

Hera and Kamilla provided an excellent service throughout the conveyancing process, selling my leasehold flat. Communication was regular and clear and responsiveness was top-notch. Hera maintained good humour even when responding to my sometimes stupid questions. Big thumbs up from me for NPS Law!

Lorena was absolutely fantastic. As an agent for over 10 years she is by far the best solicitor I have dealt with. She was appointed on behalf of my vendor to act in the sale of their property and got this through to a mortgage buyer in 6 weeks time, this could also have been sooner if the purchasers solicitor was able to move quicker. Would absolutely recommend her again!

Although every one says conveyancing firms are difficult to deal with, NPS restored my trust throughout our sale.
Receiving weekly updates and further if we called was a bonus.
Megan and Hannah were great to deal with and will be recommending them to my family and friends for the future
