It was an effective way to buy a PC using the over the counter service where the technicalities could be discussed with an expert.

I have used Novatech at their Portsmouth headquarters (and recommended them to many friends and family) countless times over the last 15 years or so (probably longer). Earlier this week I checked their website for an item I required and found that they had 2 in stock. So as usual I travelled down to the shop to find a tatty piece of paper in the window saying that as of 1 June they are moving fully online.

As a technology company how hard would it be to put a banner on their website to say that the retail outlet has closed. From previous purchases, they have my home address and they have my email address but I had received no notification that their retail outlet was closing.

The company seem to be pivoting towards being a business to business supplier, which is fine, all companies change, its just that with this change I can no longer recommend them to my friends and family – hence this review

There seemed to be no way to feed feelings of their poor customer communication back to them other than via this website. I did ask some poor unfortunate who was going in the door but was told that the techs have no way to feed anything back to management.

Novatech customer service went above and beyond. I purchased some headphones from them on-line based on my needs and multiple reviews. Unfortunately, once I had tried them, I found them uncomfortable and the sound quality not as good as I had expected. Novatech couldn't take the headphones back because I had tried them but gave a full refund anyway.

I required a 128GB USB stick. Novatech had some in, so I purchased one.
As simple as that.

I have been using Novatech for over 5 years now. The support they provide is second to none. I spoke with "Samuel Cowell" about my recent order and what I wanted for my new PC and he was incredibly patient and helpful. The original Gaming PC I purchsed was back in 2021 and has had absolutely no issues for 5 years. They are dedicated to providing customer support and helping you find the perfect set-up, with an increible amount of patience. I would never buy a Pre-built or custom built PC from anywhere else. Honestly I am amazed at the services, support and friendly attitude they provide, not to mention their products.

Ordered a REIGN Titan ICUE and was delivered the next day on time. Purchased the system through the sales department over the phone whom guided me through the whole process. 10/10 will be using them again.

Next day delivery as promised. Device works perfectly so far. It is amazingly fast.

Just upgraded my graphics card in a PC I bought 4 years ago from Novatech. In the last 4 years I’ve had to speak to technical on a few occasions and each time I found them really easy to deal with. I’m in no way a computer nerd so happy to find that they are. They explain everything with patience in layman’s terms. Definitely my ‘go to’ place now and in the future. They had my PC’s details stored so were able to advise me on the card I needed. I have total confidence in them 😎

I needed a keyboard mouse and screen to tv cable so I could run up my old vista PC.
very good value for money as the PC will only be used when I need the transfer programs to my cnc mill, using good old fashioned RS232.
Novatech are really good value for computer hardware, and they have always got stock.
