I liked the process of activation

I liked the process of activation, very quick and easy. The service was ok, but couple of time a day although I was in a place with full coverage, I lost signal and data, and I had to deactivate and re-activate the esim to gain the signal. Often the connection was slow although I had full 5G signal.

I will never use your product again and…

I will never use your product again and will try to share my terrible experience of your services. The internet connection quality is extremely a nightmare for our trip from day 1 to day 19. It’s not just no connection all the way in Higihway 1 but also in the downtown city of Seattle, Portland, SF and LA. It make people scared when they try to find a way out but there was no connection. It made me and my daughter MAD all the way in our road trip. We definitely want to refiund our money back and your bad services caused dangerous when people need internet. Please stop your business right away since you are hurt people and will hurt people since they buy your services.
