Terrible customer service

Very disappointed as delivery took about a week and now I am trying to return the items the returns portal says return unavailable and order unfulfilled. Customer services have replied saying to check order number etc. I have tried to generate return every day this week so far without success and messaged customer services multiple times with no reply. Can someone contact me please?

Expensive postage, slow dispatch, £4 handling fee to return 1 item

Bought a top, dispatch took 4 days despite expensive postage (£5). I then decided to return the item as the product images had not made clear how it would actually look (I wish the models were not always hunching over or doing weird things with their arms, just stand up straight with hair away from the garment so we can see clearly how it sits on the body). I found a £4 handling fee!!! Is this even legal? Reading other reviews I am now worried that even more will be deducted from the final total refunded. Let's see :( I am not a serial returner, I probably buy clothing online 2 or 3 times a year. I was going to replace it with a different style of top from NC but will now shop elsewhere

Not happy with delivery cost, condition on arrival, sizing and refund fees!

Order 2 dresses and asked to e-mail when another comes in, which meant I needed up paying £10 delivery overall!
All the dresses arrived crumpled, so looked terrible when trying them on.
Only one fitted as the others were too big, even though I order the same size at Roman which nearly always fit.
Found out when I was returning that there was also a return fee of £4 and as I was returning one dress from each order, it has cost me £8. Overall I have paid an extra £18 for the dress I kept.
No other clothing sites I use charge for returns and can get free delivery in most occasions.
Won't be ordering again as cannot be sure it will fit, so will cost £9 for each one that doesn't. Shame because the dresses are a little bit different, if a little on the pricey side.

i love this company

i love this company, i really enjoy the style of clothes and lately i have been decluttering my wardrobe from all of the polyester/plastic clothing and i have found that Nobodys Child is a grea alternative a big percentage of their clothes are organic cotton or ECOVERA viscose and i absolutely love that i can be mindful about the materials touching my body and not have to settle for less fashionable clothes.

I have ordered many times from nobodys child and i find that the packages always come quickly (depending on how fast your Royal Mail service is)
the packaging is minimal and really great.

i have only sent one thing back from everything i have ordered as it really didnt suit my figure and that process was straight forward to exchange to a different size is free however returning an item does have a charge which is a bit of a shame but based on the amount of products i buy and don't send back because they are lovely didnt bother me too much.

i have been to 3 stores in person, Carnaby street, Covent Garden and Bluewater and the service is amazing the ladies who work there are lovely and when i went to blue water there was a sip and shop happening which was a nice touch.

overall i love this company for the materials they use, the ease of their website and the fact that they do have physical shops that you can go to

Poor quality fabric and incredibly expensive dresses

I usually buy several items a year from nobody's child, however, I purchased a £120 tailored dress for a wedding. It was the first time I had worn it and I climbed a step in the garden and whilst stretching my legs to climb up, the dress around the area of the lower button tore incredibly easily. The fabric must be of incredibly poor quality for it to tear so easily. The dress is now useless and the customer service response I have received basically told me it was my fault because the fabric had been put under pressure. I literally stretched my legs slightly to climb up a step!!!! I am so angry at the shocking response and will never purchase from them again.

Extremely impressed by their customer service …

Extremely impressed by their customer service, which seems a rarity in this day and age with the invent of chat bots and AI. They were quick replying to me and keen to reach a solution to resolve my issue with a fault on an item which was now out of stock. Mistakes sometimes happen, and they were keen to resolve the issue promptly leaving me very satisfied that I can trust buying from them in the future. They obviously also care about sustainability too and rather than just getting rid of the faulty dress they paid for a repair resulting in a happy customer and happy planet. Thank you!

Fabulous designs of great quality with exceptional customer service

I have been a customer of Nobody's Child for sometime & find their clothes to be well made, great designs & long-lasting quality that is maintained even after repeated washing. It is rare that I have needed to contact customer service but whenever I do it is of equally high quality with quick response times, helpful & personable replies from their representatives - it's refreshing to still be dealing with an individual rather than an automated response service & AI generated reply. I feel like a valued & appreciated customer - which only adds to my loyalty for shopping with this brand.

Ordered a skirt for £30 paid £5 extra for delivery. It didn't fit so I returned it and have been deducted extra £4 for return. I have been charged £9 for the privilege of trying on an item that didn't fit so feeling totally ripped off.

Dreadful experience

Dreadful experience, ordered 3 dresses all in my usual size 10 one of them was way too big one fit but was badly made and the seams didn't sit right and the third I couldn't even get on it was so small. I actually swapped the 3rd dress for a size 12 that fit. Extremely inconsistent sizing which is unfortunate when you factor in how expensive the delivery is and the £4 handling fee for returns... So £9 down in my refund. Had to chase the refund 3 times before I even got it and then when I questioned why it was so low and so late I didn't even get an apology just a passive aggressive response about how delivery charges aren't refunded along with the £4 handling fee. Worst company I've ordered from in a long time, in my opinion the dresses are incredibly overpriced with terrible customer service. For these prices I would expect better finishes/quality, consistent sizes and far better customer services

Read the reviews before purchasing

First time trying this brand... and definitely the last. I'd been happy to pay for returns since I ordered two sizes of a jacket to try both. But they only sent one and refunded the other, all while the "missing" size was still showing as available on their website.
I eventually tracked down the refunded size elsewhere, but ended up returning that too because the sizing is all over the place. I'm petite, and the XS had ridiculously long sleeves for something that was already tight across the back, and the S was even worse, with sleeves that were huge in both length and width.
Should've listened to the other reviews. The negative ones are negative for a reason!

Zachary was super helpful with my delivery issue

I had an issue with my order being delivered to the wrong InPost locker and Zachary in the customer service team was super responsive and helpful and sent out a replacement delivery within a couple of days of investigating, for next day delivery so I didn't miss out on the items and also so I would receive them quickly!

Amazing customer service from Nobody’s Child

Amazing customer service from Nobody’s Child, sadly I don’t know the name of the person who helped me. I bought an item of theirs from ASOS but needed to return it. ASOS had scrambled my email address so I couldn’t get the return label. Asos provided one that returned the item to themselves then blamed me. To cut a long story short Nobody’s Child were totally sympathetic and refunded me anyway on the basis that the item was on its way and would eventually arrive in their warehouse. ASOS couldn’t give a damn.
Thank you so much Nobody’s Child.

You’ll never get your refund!

Had so many lovely items from this brand but the returns and customer service has been shocking! I’ve sent several items pack and two parcels costing hundreds, it’s been weeks since they were sent back and I’ve never recieved the refunds. I’ve tried contacting to zero response! Devastated to have so many issues because the clothes are lively and such good quality!
