Missing item in my delivery

Missing item in my delivery. Contacted customer service a week ago - no reply.
Reordered the missing item whilst waiting for their help - this item has now been send to an entirely wrong address. Cannot contact them no matter how I try. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Really need help with these items and no one to help at all. Beyond poor.

Well made clothing

Well made clothing using sustainable materials (e.g., lots of cotton or recycled fibres), lovely feminine dresses and lots of styles.

Love the clothes, hate the service

Love the clothes, hate the customer service. I have ordered from them a few times and while I really liked the pieces I received, I did not like the customer service experience. I have emailed them four times and never once have I gotten a response. Sadly I will not be order from them again due to this.

Low quality dress & unhelpful customer service

I bought a £120 dress online that, when it arrived, looked dissimilar to the dress on the model and was of very cheap quality.

There was an issue with delivery and customer service were unhelpful and unprofessional.

Would never buy from them again.

“A Small Gesture, A Big Difference”

I had a very normal ordering experience with Nobody’s Child and initially thought, “Okay, they’re good.” I returned one item, kept the other, and after wearing it once I realised a button was missing.
This is where I was genuinely blown away by their customer service! They went out of their way to post replacement buttons to me — such a simple thing, but something I don’t think many companies would take the time to do.
It’s these little details that make such a difference and show a real commitment to customers. Thank you, Nobody’s Child, for such a wonderful customer experience!

Terrible customer service…purchased a…

Terrible customer service…purchased a dress online, it arrived 11.06.26 and didn’t fit…(two sizes too small). I posted it back within 30mins. They received it on 12th…their policy is it can take up to 7 working days for refund to be dealt with and then xtra time to go into bank..I wrote to them on 19th as there had been no communication…I was told if I hadn’t received a refund notification by 23rd (today)customer services would manually refund. I’ve not had a refund notification, I’ve emailed twice…no response. Tried to ring…they’re not taking calls. They are holding approx £123.00 which belongs to me and by doing so, have breached my trust. This falls way below standard in my opinion. Whilst there is still part of the day left I have no confidence in this company.

Good customer service.

The dress which was viscose shrunk slightly despite me following the washing instructions provided. Nobody’s Child were very helpful and responsive and replied promptly and in a personalised manner to all my emails, which was much appreciated.

I sent for a dress from this company

I sent for a dress from this company. It came via Royal Mail no trouble other than they jammed it through my letter box and ripped the bag it was in. There was nothing wrong with the dress other than it was not suitable for me. But trying to send it back caused a few problems. Had to ask twice for a bar code to post back. Now they tell me it will take seven days to check the dress is o k and another five days to get my money back. Just a warning.

Very happy

I regularly buy clothes from Nobody’s Child. Their dresses are gorgeous. I recently had an issue with one after its first wash and advised their customer services. They were prompt in their response, and courteous in dealing with me. They were happy to offer me an exchange or full refund. I can’t fault their customer service. I will continue to buy from them.

HORRIBLE Customer service

HORRIBLE Customer service, took weeks just to get a refund for item marked on their website as refunded. Customer service completely absent and they will choose when or of to respond at whatever time they want. Will NOT be ordering from them again!

Helpful customer service

The customer service team (Rory) was so helpful in sorting out my lost parcel in transit, and dispatching a replacement order that same day! Greatly appreciated!! I look forward to receiving my order :)

Beware of refund charges

Lovely dresses but had to return as they didn’t suit me. However didn’t realise you have to pay a refund handling fee of £4 per order. This isn’t clear when ordering otherwise I would have gone to the store or ordered through M&S as no refund penalty.

Avoid using gift cards and Klarna

I treated myself to some dresses as I’d gotten a gift card for my birthday. The value of the dresses went over my gift card amount so I used Klarna to cover the rest. I had to make a partial return on some of the dresses and, despite still spending over the value of my gift card (£75), they decided to put the refunded dresses back onto my gift card and put an £83 bill on Klarna for the dress I’d kept (when I should have only owed £4 through Klarna). Apparently it’s part of their policy, but now I’m stuck with a £75 gift card and a dress I now have to pay for through Klarna. A cheap tactic to get you spending more money on what is already an expensive shop. Awful company. Moral of the story: don’t try and treat yourself in a cost of living crisis, avoid gift cards and Klarna and let greedy companies like these go under.

I wouldn’t use this company again due to the unnecessary delays with refunds. It’s almost two weeks since I returned the item and still no refund. It’s not acceptable. I was surprised to learn the item was made in China and the quality did not reflect the price. So disappointed
