Booked in for brakes doing today at 1pm and managed to squeeze me in for 11.30 which is very much appreciated... the full team at brown lane branch leeds are always happy/chirpy and willing to help in any situation if possible ... Hannah who always has a smiling face even sorted me out with a pot of tea whilst i was waiting... bonus

The staff were on point and polite. The van was reliable and exactly what i thought I was hiring.

The girl on the counter was professional and took note that I was moving property. She asked me how it went when I dropped the van back of, which was nice.

Minimal organisation and feedback came to drop off a truck and pick one up currently waiting 30 minutes and counting no staff to be found ghost town :(

As a business, we have been hiring vehicles on a weekly basis from Ella and Heather at NL for YEARS. This alone should be testament to the how good the service is. They are fair, able to keep up with our high demands, helpful and the customer service is second to none. We currently have 4 vans on hire but some weeks we can have up to 10!

As a logistics company we sometimes need hire vans due to our fleet vehicles being off road. At the Leeds depot we usually talk to a gentleman called Chris who always goes above and beyond for us. The full team round at NL Leeds are just amazing. We have always used NL and could not imagine going elsewhere for our vehicle needs.

Very helpful and quick at getting the job done. Provided you with a drink when your waiting.

Superb service again from NL commercials Brown Lane. I had a van that had issues at 16.45PM and needed a van before 17.00PM so we could keep the lads on the road and for the jobs next day.
Within less than 10 minutes Chris had sorted me a van checked and signed over and in time for me to put it on our fleet insurance as they shut at 17.00PM
Helped us out massively and can’t recommend them enough.

Regularly use the Darlington branch and always receive great service. Great choice of vehicles and always in fab condition. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. My favourite hire company to use!

Brilliant service from start to finish had the pleasure of organising some old tyres for the school my daughter goes to through Mel , queries I've had about minibuses have been dealt with promptly and professionally by Paulene and the lads in the garage keep everything working and clean :)
