Went to my appointment time today for my Test kit to collect from NW1 8DD. Clinic was closed. When called no one didn’t respond to the call. Finally a lady picked up and rude on the phone say it’s her lunch time. All I said I’m on my appointment time what was given to me. But she was giving me lecture for calling her on my appointment time. When she came back she was very rude also with other guy who was waiting with me. A couple was there as well but they left due to the closer. Ignore this clinic. You rather get your service somewhere else. Not worth of behaviour and attitude you are going to get there.

It was a bit of a struggle. To be fair, i think we got what we paid for (two lateral flow day 2 tests for £20 each) but boy was it a challenge working out how to register to obtain the reference number for the PL form and, even worse, registering to upload the test results. I think that the lack of good communication is 70% of the problem these people are having and the negative feedback would be considerably less but for this. However, their website was also very slow and, while i was able to upload my test result in order to obtain their Mickey Mouse pass certificate, the process timed out when dealing with my wife's and we could not upload it again as their system insisted the result had already been logged, so i had to drop the result at their clinic. We also had trouble accessing their pass certificate, as they used a zipfile.

AVOID!! Total waste of money, I ordered a day 2 test to collect, still ‘processing’ a week later. Crucially they didn’t include any code to put on the Passenger Locator Form so I had to buy another test from a different company to get home. Disgraceful that this is on the official list of providers!!

I bought from them day 2 test kit. They didn’t sent the number that I need put locator form. I emailed them. No response. Phone them and waited on the line for 47 min. No response. I ended up buying from different company.
Don’t trust this company

NL Clinic on the Isle of Wight seems to be the only place one can get certified to travel PCR tests done on the Island. They are therefore quoting £159 for a next day result test. But in the Christmas period they say next day is not available and are quoting £239 for a same day result. This is clear profiteering. Given all the other negative reviews on this site about their performance, they really should be taken off the Government approved list.

I ordered my PCR from nlclinic multiple times and have never been let down. Christina at the front desk is exceptional and is always more than happy to help me fill out the online forms. Tests always arrive on time, very reliable service.

I was at your outfit today for my fit-to-travel PCR Test. I observed how WELCOMING and WONDERFUL your services are, right from the reception desk manned by Christina, to the room where the test took place. Little wonder why people keep coming to you for their tests. I WAS REALLY DELIGHTED ABOUT THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. Thanking all the Staff

Scam👎 DO NOT use them for 2 day covid tests after a journey to Europe. Also known as 247 hometesting. Even though they were ( don't seem to be now) on the U.K. government list of approved testing places, they take your money and don't send the tests!! Stay away. Read reviews-for 247 hometesting and no. They are true. Scam scam scam

I ordered and paid for two Covid tests with an additional £20.00 for express delivery. It is now 28th September and I still haven't received the tests. I was given a Royal Mail tracking number and following my conversation with Royal Mail they confirmed they are not in possession of the package to deliver, therefore NL Clinic have yet to post it. I have spoken to the Clinic on numerous occasions, however I just get the feeling they are being instructed to delay any possibility of issuing a refund. I'm sure the reply from NL Clinic will be 'it's with Royal Mail' which is NOT the case.

Tests day 2 and 8 for 3 people never arrived ! We conctated them by mail and phone and after 5 weeks no answer and solutions; only one mail for another address and impossible to have the tests... Our workers came back to France without doing any tests !!!

5 calls to try to obtain 3 invoices, 250£ each, they never send me the invoice or just a screenshot of their bank account !
Sending loads of emails, 1 reply staying they attached the invoices, with no attachment.

Avoid, very upset by the poor SLA quality and all their service around (covid testing)

Absolutely avoid this place at all costs. They scammed me for purchase of 2x day 2 test kits which never arrived and I did not receive any follow up emails of the items being dispatched. 2 months later they send me an email saying the test kits have arrived back at their place of business and provided me with a fake tracking number that was supposedly mine. Honestly the biggest joke ever, waste of £150 and refusing to refund me. Disputed this issue with my bank and will be getting my money back either way. Worst customer service, it doesn’t even exist.
AVOID THIS PLACE

Have used NLClinic, at Southgate, a couple of times (because it is local) for PCR tests. The actual testing service is efficient - however their administration is not. Be prepared for a 20 -30 minute wait at the reception desk and the email sent with your results does not always arrive!

Yes i have been on hold for over 30mins which i can see everyone complaining, people need to remember we are all going through a hard time and this company gets millions of calls a day.

But yes i was on hold for 30mins but a young man very pleasant answered the phone, he was very very helpful, i was stressing and he kept me calm, told me everything would be ok and at the end everything my name being spelled wrong, me and my husband confusing our COVID codes, name is Ekin, he has sorted everything out within a few minutes. i was very pleased. Thank you NL Clinic

complete and utter rubbish, rip off.
I book and received my test kit , follow the instructions and activated day 2 test. just to find out it has not een activated. try to activate day 5 just to be told could not be activated for anther 1 day and 16 hours that will make it day 7 that is on top their advertised price of starting from £39 but when it came to paying it shouewd the total of £210 including delivery. tried to call them on so many occasion just to be put on hold and on one occasion i was on hold for 45m being told i'm caller number 7
a clinic like this should be fined and crossed out of the stupid goverment list of approved suppliers

Brilliant service from the bookings team and onsite nurses.

Most recently Nese from The Bookings Team was very helpful and informative over the phone.

Would definitely recommend this clinic for both business and personal PCR Testing
