AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Regrettably our doors are unfinished and non functional more than 3 months after installation. We waited 2 months after initially expecting them, only for the doors to be partially installed leaving large gaps, and can not open the lead door on either set. We have sporadically been given many excuses though generally calls and emails are not answered.
Technicians did not show up to a promised appointment to fix these problems and we now cannot get hold of anyone. Extremely disappointed, we will need to take legal action to resolve

It is worth noting the 'large gaps' are purposely left there for the benefit of the remaining building work that needs to take place, this is the same for any door installation.

The process of ordering
The process of ordering, delivery and installation was easy and straightforward. Communication was good most of the time. There was plenty of information available on the website and both Zoe and Claire were very helpful.The doors themselves are really great and really are much better than bi folds.

A brilliant company!
I had a small wear and tear fault with my doors after being installed 8 years ago and being regularly used. After contacting the company, Claire and Ben sorted out the parts FOC from their Bristol depot. Second to none service, we would highly recommend you buying the doors from here, not only first class service, but service you can rely on 8 years after install.

Excellent Product
We saw these doors at the Excel Show last year and were really impressed with how they worked and looked.
Our builder measured the width of the bottom door seal wrongly and this was only realised when fitters came to install and subsequently the doors could not be fitted. All the team at New Wave were helpful especially Claire, who helped resolve the issue. Six weeks later the doors were fitted and the fitters were polite and professional. We are very happy with our doors.

Firstly, what an amazing product. Much better than bi-folds and comparable in price.
Communication was great from start to finish. Mark and Jim installed the doors and were efficient, courteous, professional, and easy to have on site.
I'd definitely recommend the whole experience and product.

Non-existent customer service
Our doors (2 sets) were installed on 8 May. To start with one of the exit doors was difficult to open, and it took several weeks and the threat of legal action to get them back to fix it. Thats now fine, but we are still in dispute over a piece of trim which was incorrectly installed as a makeshift sill. New Wave’s post-installation customer service is pretty much non-existent. Phone calls go to voicemail, and emails are unanswered. All a great pity, because their actual doors are great!

Amazing Customer service
Amazing customer service! We had a problem with our New Wave patio doors that came with the house we bought.( They were quite old ) Robyn and Claire who dealt with my enquiry were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Communication was excellent they contacted me when they said they would, and arranged for someone to come and solve the problem which they did in a very professional and courteous manner.

Working with a family business is best!
The New Wave stand at the recent Sandown Park event centre was heaving with potential customers all keen to see how these unique doors work and their advantages over traditional bi-folds. However, their sales representative Zoe managed to clear the stand allowing my wife who uses a wheelchair to operate the doors.
She was so helpful and considerate and gave us so much time whilst others were waiting to talk to her. We also met the owner of the company who was also very helpful and even gave my wife some sparkling water whilst we waited for Zoe to be free.

Very Innovative slide & swivel system
Glad I came across these doors, very convenient way of opening up your living space! Staff have been very informative and helpful. We chose to have ours installed by our local builder and the installation video had been easy to follow. Had a bit of a hiccup with one of the doors but communication with the team had been great and we resolved the problem in no time. Will certainly recommend!

Brilliant service and product
Brilliant product very pleased with our doors. We've had them for 6 years now and the opening or leading dohad started to rub on the bottom sill. We were given excellent service to adjust the door quick and friendly service.

Not all heroes wear capes!
I contacted New Wave as the house I bought had their doors across the back and were in need of repair. With me being in Liverpool and them in Bristol, it wasn’t feasible (nor their job) to come and look at the doors. The doors are quite old and not supplied any more, but Claire and Robyn gave me so much help. I sent them videos and pictures and their expertise helped us to figure out what needed to be done. I had had at least 4 local window/door repair people out who were unable to fix the issue. New Wave sent me out all of the parts I needed (including some extras as spares!) completely free of charge and even covered the postage.
They have offered to do video calls when the repair man comes back if they need any guidance. Now I can tell the repair man what is broken and I have the parts for him to replace and get the doors sorted!
To say that they have gone above and beyond is a major understatement. It really does reaffirm your faith in people when someone can be so helpful when it’s technically ‘not their problem’.
Thanks to them I won’t need new bi-folds, saving me thousands. But I ever do, I know where I’ll be going to buy them!

I can highly recommend new wave bi-fold…
I can highly recommend new wave bi-fold doors, you can feel the quality of the product when you close them, they provide a great door seal excluding all the draughts even on the widest of day's . The door may cost a bit more but it's money well spent highly recommended

Excellent doors
Had another set fitted to an extension after being very happy with one set fitted 5 years ago.
Very friendly fitters and they even fitted a new handle to my old doors free of charge.
The new doors are great, and with 4 panels they are extremely flexible in opening options.
Highly recommended.
