Excellent service and so helpful, Richard went that extra mile to make sure our shopping experience was faultless, from initial enquiry to product being delivered couldn’t have gone smoother, lovely set of eight dining room chairs which almost match our worn out set, they look so good and are very comfortable and the quality seems excellent. It’s not until an issue arises, that a business reveals its full level of customer service. For me, issues did occur - albeit solely the fault and responsibility of an independent courier. Nevertheless, Richard from Newby House Interiors provided exceptional support in order to resolve the matter.

Richard endeavoured to resolve this issue in a timely manner, with excellent communication and customer care throughout. He liaised with the supplier and ensured that the product was delivered and assembled to my satisfaction.

Firstly, there was an excellent range of products available in the category we were searching (garden furniture). We ordered over the Christmas period and delivery was arranged in the New Year. As stated online the delivery driver and his mate carried the furniture through to the patio in our back garden. Would highly recommend for quality and service.

Pre ordered a Bookcase & Corner Unit from Newby, Was advise by Richard of a delay & offered a refund if this was not acceptable but went ahead as I wasn't in a hurry, kept well informed about delivery throughout. A small problem with the corner unit was quickly rectified, These people really look after their customers & a lot of other companies could learn from them.

Wanting to complete my bedroom I found that Newby House Interiors was stocking the same range. I ordered a chest of drawers and it was delivered very quickly (order 17/07 and delivery 1/08). Great service. I would use them again with no hesitation.

I had concerns that my order could be delayed, so I made contact with Newby House Interiors, and my order was delivered on time, very well-packaged and undamaged.

My daughter recently purchased a "Inset fire unit "from Newby.After fitting into a newly constructed fireplace
we discovered that the fire was not working.Fault codes pointed to a faulty temp sensor.When i contacted Newby, Mr Lloyd the owner pulled out all the stops to sort out the problem, and when it seemed a replacement sensor was not available, he arranged for us to receive a complete fire box free of charge.
Can't praise them enough. 10 out of 10.

Ordered a coffee table made with reclaimed wood.
It arrived within a few days, on time and well constructed, packaged and presented. It's lovely.

Absolutely first class communication before and after delivery of my beautiful table, genuinely concerned that I had received it and everything was okay. Would really recommend this Company and their lovely products.

Ordering process was very easy. Delivery time was quite quick considering the two bookcases were made specially. Although expensive the products are excellent, of top quality. They look just right in our hall and were just what I needed to hold a good many books. Apart from their use, they look fine as pieces of furniture.
