I cannot recommend Neville Jewellers in Blackpool highly enough, especially Clint, who provided exceptional customer service.
I bought a beautiful chain with pearls scattered along it for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Unfortunately, some of the pearls later moved out of position. I returned to Neville’s, and they sent the chain back to the manufacturer; however, the manufacturer was unable to repair it. Clint then went above and beyond, sourcing someone else who could reset the pearls securely and restore the necklace.
The care, persistence and personal attention we received were outstanding. The necklace has great sentimental value because it marked such a special birthday, so I am incredibly grateful that Clint took the time to have it repaired properly. This is genuine, old-fashioned customer service, and I would highly recommend Neville Jewellers.
