I had an absolutely amazing experience in Neville Jewellers in Douglas. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. I want to say a special thank you to Linda, such a fabulous person and was very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend Neville Jewellers.

Was in the Blackpool store today to get some links of a watch.The staff are all really nice and always helpful and chatty.Today Amy served me and she's such a nice person(tbf all the staff are)Great company and fantastic customer service.Thx again..

If only there were 10 stars.Have has a few difficult years,63 years ago My father placed a treasured family gold cross around my neck on my communion day.It had belonged to his grandmother. I had left in a box,for over four years,and was blackened.No jewellery cleaning liquids made any improvement.Left it into Neville’s jewellers Cork.I was not given any expectations,but I was told they would do their best.I collected it this morning and It was truly unbelievable.Just beautiful.I wore this cross,through many exams,and assessments in my nursing career.I wore it as each of my children were born.It is looking even better than the day I was given it.Thank you,

From the time I phoned them about a strap on my Sekonda sports watch the were top class I handed in watch and they told me that I would get new watch as the straps were not available they set up watch for me and always kept me informed all the girls were very helpful it was a pleasure to deal with them in Wilton shop Thanks again looking forward to getting in some good times in my new watch Stephen

I have recently visited Neville Jewellers at Crescent Shopping Centre Limerick and found them to have a beautiful range of jewellery on display. I was looked after by Sam who could not have been more helpful & pleasant to deal with in helping me make my choice.

I brought my daughter to Neville Jewellers in Wilton to get her "thirds" piercing and her cartilage pierced. We were greeted warmly by an assistant. I told her we'd like to get piercings. She asked us to take a seat and someone would be with us shortly. Amy who was going to do the piercing took us in to the piercing room. She marked out the sites on my daughters ears. Double checked all was in order. My daughter picked out the earrings. Everything was so clean and sterile. Amy pierced my daughters ears seamlessly. She explained the after care and wrote down the date when my daughter could change the earrings on her lobes and cartilage. It was a great experience and very professional. The piercing itself only took seconds! I would definitely recommend Nevilles for piercings.

Was in Wilton store on Saturday, got my 8yr olds ears pierced Ali looked after us ,she was soo friendly & made my nervous girl Feel at ease . She was very professional. We will be sure to be back to pick out communion jewellery for my girls communion coming up soon

I would really like to give the highest compliment to an amazing staff member in Neville Jewellers who mainly worked between The Douglas and Blackpool store in cork city and this young lady name is EILLIE she so amazing and such a pleasure to deal.with and always has a smile on her face at all.time when dealing with customers will go above to make sure her customer.is completely satisfied and very happy with their purchase ellie is turly amazing she really is

I would like to compliment Chantelle & Regina for the wonderful service they provide in Neville Jewellers in Wilton, Cork. Sometimes life can be so busy and i found myself lost for ideas as to what to buy. The girls were so pleasant and explained many different options and ideas i.e. engraving, to add that special touch and attention to detail. I found them so professional and can honestly say a pleasurable experience, and great value for money, thanks again!

Ordered my wedding bands from this Jeweller and had a great experence. The girls in Blackpool were amazing.
