Wow a perfect dress! I bought it for a wedding and it’s beautiful, I had so many compliments.

The quality of the dress is fantastic and the order and delivery process was so simple and quick.

Quality products that fit & are as every bit as vibrant as they appear on the website plus shipping is super fast!

Very disappointed with the customer service from Never Fully Dressed.

I returned my order (Order #1825929) via an InPost locker on 16 May and have still not received any update regarding my return or refund. To make matters worse, I emailed customer services on Saturday to follow this up and have not received any response whatsoever.

At this point, I find the lack of communication extremely frustrating. Once a company has your money, you expect at the very least to be kept informed about the status of your return. Being left completely in the dark for weeks and then ignored when chasing for an update is not the level of service I would expect from a brand of this size.
I appreciate that returns can take time to process, but a simple acknowledgement or response would go a long way.

Unfortunately, my experience so far has been disappointing and has left me reluctant to order from Never Fully Dressed again.

Ordering has been easy!

I returned an order to Never Fully Dressed worth over £400 and never received my refund. After chasing this with customer services, I received one response stating that an item was allegedly missing from the return. I replied politely to query this, but I have now had no response for over a week despite attempting to contact them through multiple channels.

I have unfortunately been left with no other option but to raise this with my card provider. I’m extremely disappointed with both the lack of communication and the overall customer service experience.

I have always loved this brand, which makes this even more disappointing. However, after this experience, I’m afraid I won’t be purchasing from them again. Good customer service is what makes a brand successful, and sadly this experience has fallen far below expectations.

The two piece just didn’t live up to expectation. I knew that the model was 5’4 so would look different but it looked so different. Material, fit and colour.

Lovely item. Shame about delivery AND return charge.

Quality of the dresses is worse than Zara but 5x the price

Clothing is good. Pricing a bit high. £39 for a cotton vest...rethinking to check out other brands and buying less from the brand now.

I love Never Fully Dressed for so many reasons, the design and quality of the products is fantastic, the pricing is on the high side but when you factor in the quality of the materials and how well they are made - the price is fine. i think more than anything it’s the vision - these items are unusual, they have no one to compare to and i love that.
Delivery is super quick and the packaging is super cute! thann you NFD!

I paid $131 for what look like a cheesy tank top, made from extremely cheap fabric that was probably made in China. Your quality is poor and your prices are ridiculous!

My shopping experience with NFD was so easy and I read the reviews beforehand and all were stellar. I decided to try 3 dresses, they came and were so nice. Better than I anticipated. The fabrics are lovely, the abstract tilly dress is gorgeous as is the Moroccan mesh vivi print maxi dress and the cream dolce vita is so soft and so cute. Ladies, these are very flattering, I wear a size 14 and sometimes a 16, the size XL is perfect! I'm short, 5'4" so as usual I need a hem, but that's fine. I'm impressed with the fit, the sexiness and the pricing.. I also ordered 2 additional adorable jersey wrap dresses that are on sale in the outlet section. The models in the video sold me on this style. 3 sizes on 3 different models in a video, who were are absolutely beautiful women, Small, Large and Xlarge. The dress is so flattering on them, I had to try.. I bought 2! these are perfect for summer vacation and so flattering due to the wrap style, so comfortable due to the fabric , and perfect for a hot day walking the villages in Italy. I highly recommend Never Fully Dressed without any reservations whatsoever. OH, shipping so timely for the UK I couldn't believe it ! No duties or extra import taxes either. Thank you NFD for not only making beautiful clothing, but for including a very wide range of sizes ! I"m a customer for good now !

I like the style of the dress but think the material quite cheap. I like how it looks but wish it felt more expensive than it does

The customer service has been very disappointing. After receiving a response to my initial email that appeared not to address my concerns, I sent two further emails explaining the issue and highlighting that I still have not received a refund for the order I returned last week. Unfortunately, I am yet to receive a reply.

I have been a loyal customer of this brand for many years, but this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. As a result, I will not be making any future purchases. Given the premium prices charged for the clothing, I would expect a much higher standard of customer service. Unfortunately, the poor communication and lack of support have made the experience more trouble than it is worth.

Lovely dress. Fits true to size and just the right length (size 14 and I'm 5' 5'' tall). Material is soft and drapes well. Dress is well made.

I never received my parcel and no reply received to my e-mail sent to the client service!
