Love the colours the price was a bit pricey for the fabric , but love the print , would have been better in a petite size too x love it though as all my NFD piece's x

From ordering to delivery, and even through the return process, the service has been exceptional throughout.

The quality of the dresses I ordered was of a very high standard, although they were a little more expensive than I would usually spend. While I haven’t yet found the right NFD garment to keep, I hope to purchase one in the future.

Was looking forward to my order, unfortunately the items didn’t suit me, it stated online to return them separate although they sent the top and skirt in the same bag, I emailed to ask if I could return them the same way and that both items would be returned in the same bag.
Been waiting a while for this refund which is a lot of money and they have only refunded for one item. I was looking to order in future from NFD but have lost faith and feel like Iv been ripped off

Order done on 6 May and still not received and no reply to my email.

Ordered a dress and paid around £5 for delivery, when the dress arrived it was nothing like the photo. It was cheap, the colours were different and the fabric felt awful against my skin. I expected more from a dress that is worth £100. I returned it with another £5 fee which meant I lost out on £10 and overall a bad experience! Never ordering from here again.

The item was of poor quality, and I have returned it and still no refund, this is extremely poor especially for my first time purchasing. I would not be recommending NFD as I've emailed also regarding my return and it just being pushed around in circles. Not what I expected as a new customer.

Very disappointed with the customer service from Never Fully Dressed.

I returned my order (Order #1825929) via an InPost locker on 16 May and have still not received any update regarding my return or refund. To make matters worse, I emailed customer services on Saturday to follow this up and have not received any response whatsoever.

At this point, I find the lack of communication extremely frustrating. Once a company has your money, you expect at the very least to be kept informed about the status of your return. Being left completely in the dark for weeks and then ignored when chasing for an update is not the level of service I would expect from a brand of this size.
I appreciate that returns can take time to process, but a simple acknowledgement or response would go a long way.

Unfortunately, my experience so far has been disappointing and has left me reluctant to order from Never Fully Dressed again.
