Never Fully Dressed Reviews 

My shopping experience with NFD was so easy and I read the reviews beforehand and all were stellar. I decided to try 3 dresses, they came and were so nice. Better than I anticipated. The fabrics are lovely, the abstract tilly dress is gorgeous as is the Moroccan mesh vivi print maxi dress and the cream dolce vita is so soft and so cute. Ladies, these are very flattering, I wear a size 14 and sometimes a 16, the size XL is perfect! I'm short, 5'4" so as usual I need a hem, but that's fine. I'm impressed with the fit, the sexiness and the pricing.. I also ordered 2 additional adorable jersey wrap dresses that are on sale in the outlet section. The models in the video sold me on this style. 3 sizes on 3 different models in a video, who were are absolutely beautiful women, Small, Large and Xlarge. The dress is so flattering on them, I had to try.. I bought 2! these are perfect for summer vacation and so flattering due to the wrap style, so comfortable due to the fabric , and perfect for a hot day walking the villages in Italy. I highly recommend Never Fully Dressed without any reservations whatsoever. OH, shipping so timely for the UK I couldn't believe it ! No duties or extra import taxes either. Thank you NFD for not only making beautiful clothing, but for including a very wide range of sizes ! I"m a customer for good now !

I like the style of the dress but think the material quite cheap. I like how it looks but wish it felt more expensive than it does

The customer service has been very disappointing. After receiving a response to my initial email that appeared not to address my concerns, I sent two further emails explaining the issue and highlighting that I still have not received a refund for the order I returned last week. Unfortunately, I am yet to receive a reply.

I have been a loyal customer of this brand for many years, but this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. As a result, I will not be making any future purchases. Given the premium prices charged for the clothing, I would expect a much higher standard of customer service. Unfortunately, the poor communication and lack of support have made the experience more trouble than it is worth.

Lovely dress. Fits true to size and just the right length (size 14 and I'm 5' 5'' tall). Material is soft and drapes well. Dress is well made.

I never received my parcel and no reply received to my e-mail sent to the client service!

The dress was beautiful. Too long for me but I still wore it. Got so many compliments on it. Most expensive dress I have ever bought however I felt a million dollars in it.

Order (over £400) never arrived.
Emails sent to the company to try and retrieve order were ignored. Have had to start a dispute process with my credit card company

I love bright and colourful clothes with a twist on the quirky designs and the way they're put together, the designs are right up my street - not the cheapest but worth every penny!

Awful experience and still ongoing - I chose pick up location delivery for my order but DPD did not deliver and said they were 'awaiting instructions from sender' that was three weeks ago - I've had no delivery and no refund. I'm really upset about it. This is despite emailing twice now.

Fantastic cardigan, Soft but structured so it holds its shape. I have had so many compliments on it ! Lovely colour. Very quick shipping. Love it!

My order arrived swiftly. I loved the outfits I ordered. I ordered from your petite range and as a 4ft 11in, 65 year old the fit was good. Still a little on the long side but that was to be expected as petite ranges are for 5ft 3in and under. I will definitely be ordering again.

Lovely clothes but I loathe paying for postage AND returns as it’s impossible to know if something will fit. I did exchange one item but had to return it. Still haven’t had a refund despite chasing them, they don’t seem to answer emails EVER and it’s really frustrating.

I ordered a dress a month ago, it arrived but did not suit me. I returned it and after several days had acknowledgment that it was received. My annoyance is that some three weeks later my refund has not been received. I have been issued with a gift card which I absolutely don’t want. I have emailed consistently but still not received my money. Extremely annoyed. Drafting a letter to the director listed in the hope that my money (£106) will be returned

I ordered a dress, when it came didn't suit as the back was too low and couldn't wear a bra, which I couldn't do. Returned dress, took ages for refund and they took £8 from my refund. When queried, which took s while for a reply, stated it was delivery and return charges which I think is ridiculous. I didn't know anything about delivery charge, if I did i wouldn't have ordered it. Im very annoyed about this and will never order from them again. So be aware of this
