Never Fully Dressed Reviews 

Paid for next day delivery but 3 days later and I still haven’t received an email to say it’s dispatched. Emailed customer services and no response. I needed the order to arrive for a wedding and it still hasn’t arrived.

I was notified when my Marley Ice blue shirt came back in stock in my size and it arrived on time. Simple, I know but it doesn’t always happen with every company like that!

I bought the Chocolate Soleil Ellie Trousers
The brown stars were washed out with yellow green tones on them and the splatter patters.
Apparently this is how they are meant to look, for £79 that is shocking.

The clothes are lovely however trying to get into contact with customer service is an absolute joke. Never answer the
Phone, never reply through WhatsApp it’s shocking takes ages to get a reply back via email that’s if you’re lucky to get a reply back. It’s okay having a business selling nice clothes but you need customer service to be good as well otherwise you lose custom. Looking at other reviews it looks like others are having the same issues with customer service. Sort it out!

Ordered two dresses about three weeks ago and still waiting on a refund worst service ever!!!!!!

The items were lovely but the dress I first received had stains on it. I had to pay to return the dress to get an exchange. Then it arrived too late and returning again, I had to pay a fee. That’s £3.99 twice over in fees when the original exchange was due to company reasons - items sent out with stains.

I ordered two beautiful dresses that arrived as promised. Unfortunately had to return as sizes were wrong. Process of return was easy and smooth and company was helpful in keeping me informed re the refund.

So stylish and chic and whimsical! And so versatile for everyday or events. The quality is high and the size guide gives the right fit even for us curvy girls. I’ve already placed another order.

I love this brand so much they have such unique items. I always get complimented on my clothes. The customer care is really good and if you want a different size it is actually really easy to organise. Deliveries is always super quick in my opinion. I’ve often got delivery a day or two later.

I ordered a dress, and it was delivered fast and nicely packaged. Sadly it didnt suit me but it was so easy to return! I decided to exchange it for a different style dress. Return process was straight forward and the replacement dress was perfect. I love the colour the design and the service thank you

I find the quality of the stuff really not worth the value. It just doesn’t fit properly and the sizing is not very good.
