Poor returns and refunds. My return was delivered on the 11th June and still awaiting refund. 2nd time now refunds have been very slow.

I bought a dress and a skirt from Never Fully Dressed online. I received the items several weeks later. The dress wasn't like it shown online and the skirt was a cheap fabric for $170!!
I requested a return and didn't hear anything for 2 weeks back from the company. Only I got a ticket but nobody got back to me. I sent 6 emails!!! with the request taking care of it, like to email me a return label and info. Nothing happen for another 2 weeks. I filled a dispute with my credit card because of the lacking corresponding from Never Fully Dressed. Finally I received the requested label and sent it back June 10. Today I got 3 different responses from different people. One person said that they don't find my request about the return, the other couldn't find my order# and the third sent me after a long time the confirmation about my refund but excluded the taxes!! which I never experienced from any other company. It was not sold so way I have to pay taxes on a item I don't keep and returned. This is the poorest customer service I ever experienced in my life and I never will buy anything from this company. Clothes looks nice but way to overpriced for the material like polyester.

Great blouse I ordered after seeing it on This Morning however when it arrived it had a hole in the front section. I contacted the company and whilst they came back to me quite promptly I was only offered 15% refund of the cost of the blouse by way of compensation (which I think was around £100). They didn't have anymore in my size in stock. I thought the offer was very low but as I really like the blouse I accepted. I have done a bit of a fix of the hole myself.

They answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued as a customer. It's rare to experience such personal and attentive customer service these days. Based on the outstanding customer service I received, I decided to order the same dress directly from Never Fully Dressed, along with three additional dresses. The order arrived at my home just two days later, and I was delighted. All four dresses were made from high-quality fabrics, were beautifully wrapped, and securely packaged. The whole experience reflected the care and pride Never Fully Dressed clearly takes in both its products and its customers. Whilst the clothing looks amazing and has stunning designs, I had such a poor experience.
I bought a skirt from there, wore it once and it started to ball and the material just looks ruined after a single use.
I emailed the company advising them and literally got zero assistance or offer to post the item back or have it replaced, they basically said sorry and that’s it!!!!

Had to pay £3.99 per item to return. So it's cost me nearly £8 to try and find a dress, and still be left with no dress.
The fit and fabric on both were also not good.
I've waited such a long time for an occasion to purchase from here. First and last.
Also had no response when asking for help on how to return both at the same time, in the same parcel.
Not great.
The response from NFD obviously shows they didn't even read the review accurately, in that I had to pay 3.99 per dress in the same package.

Very disappointed with the quality of the cardigan I’ve purchased from NFD, I thought for the price i would get high quality cardigan just after two wears it was ruined.
And really bad communication.
Been waiting 10 days now for my refund and still nothing.
Tried emails, call no response from them.

Never fully dressed are at the top of the quality of items and customer service and for a feel good and glamorous look which is hard to beat !! I love watching the style ideas on the videos with Leila and the rest of the team and just make an occasion of it when they are available to watch and get some fantastic tips please do more of these as they are truly inspiring !! The colours in the clothing at never fully dressed are unmatched by any other company !! And colours are so healing and uplifting to wear 😃✔️👌

Avoid buying from this company - it has a terrible approach to refunds! Received confirmation of a return that stated a refund would be processed in 7 days. When that period had expired I chased and was told by customer services it would take 10 days and then that it would be another 10 days before I received a refund. I challenged that the website Returns Policy confirms the issue of refunds in 7 days and was told to look at some other comments in their FAQ’s! Pretty shocking that this company thinks its stated terms are not a legal commitment to customers and that its customer service team are allowed to make up new rules!

Ordered two dresses and returned them the following day as I didn't like the material. They received them and one week later sent me an email to say they had the return - another week on and still no refund.

Beautiful dresses, great quality. Accurate sizing which is so helpful as this feels very rare.
Returns and customer service are excellent. No faults. I had to do a switch as I got the wrong size and they send the new size as soon as I put the dress in the post, not waiting for it to be received. So it saved loads of time. Very pleased.

I was disappointed in the dress I bought. Three reasons - 1. The pattern is only on the front. The back is plain. 2. The pattern is an iron-on transfer, it is not actually a print and will therefore fade with washing. 3. I saw a dress in Anthropologie with the identical pattern and colouring, just a different style of dress. For these reasons it is also therefore overpriced.Delivery and customer comms were all good.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered a top for my 40th and then I sent in for an exchange for a different size which was accepted. However they obviously don’t have the systems to be able to reserve exchanged stock, as I was told over a week later that the stock that they said they had and kept the money for was no longer available. Poor communication and be wary of exchanges. Left me in a position where had nothing to wear for my 40th party.

Paid for next day delivery but 3 days later and I still haven’t received an email to say it’s dispatched. Emailed customer services and no response. I needed the order to arrive for a wedding and it still hasn’t arrived.
