Customer service was far too slow
The order went missing during the delivery process. At first there was no help. It took around a month for someone to actually help resolve the issue. I appreciate the difficulties with running a small business but the lack of customer service response was a let down.
You only find out how good customer service is when something goes wrong.
When my outfit finally arrived I loved it. But ita making me think twice about ordering again.

Prompt refund on returns
Prompt refund on returns. I ordered four dresses for an event and kept two - love the vibrant colours. The returns process for the two I didn’t want keep was easy. Will definitely shop here again.

A great find - Never Fully Dressed
I only recently discovered this brand when I was shopping on a trip to Cambridge. I bought an outfit in the boutique I visited. I have since discovered the NFD website. The first dress purchased online from NFD is beautiful. Great quality, fits perfectly. I would recommend anyone who hasn’t tried NFD before, to discover this great brand.

The images on the website did not portray the genuine colours on the dress. The dress is MUCH more muted in real life. Also I feel the quality could be better for the price but service is great

Not a great 1st experience
Quick delivery and got 10% off however the skirt was too big. Couldn’t do an exchange because it wasn’t the same price as online. Had to wait nearly 2 weeks for my credit note to re-order it. Had to pay full price as it said my new customer code had been used! Even had to pay another postage cost so the skirt ended up costing me much more than it should have! Not great first experience!

Store in the village is excellent size inclusive
I was at your store in nyc the staff was amazing . I love that they wear the clothes ,so you can see how stuff looks like on .Makes you want to buy what they are wearing . The staff at store were super helpful and accommodating. I love how all the pieces are so bright and the sizing is excellent . Will continue to shop there from now on .Your size inclusivity is beyond compare , fluffy girls have money to spend and we want to look nice and trendy .
