Lovely clothes and amazing customer service

Terrible customer service.
I have spent all morning trying to get through to their customer service phone number with each call just ringing out.
I’ve raised support tickets through both live chat, email and via WhatsApp again with no response.
I placed an order and have since had zero communication around if my dresses have been dispatched and the delivery timeframe is up today. Please can someone come back to me with a status on my order.
The dresses have been purchased for a wedding so I need to understand when they are going to arrive please.
12 phone calls and not a single one answered - have you not got stock and are you taking customers money without being able to fulfil orders?

The color of the dress is very faded unlike the pics and the texture was not as expected

Dress is lovely , however need to have it shortened as far too long -wish they did a short length . Now an added expense.
Had to return a different dress as same size wouldn’t go near me even though I did the size quiz so very disappointed that I had to pay a return fee

I just love this Company. Such lovely unusual clothes, all really well-made with lovely designs.
The order system is slick, deliveries happen really quickly and if for any reason you need to do a return or a replacement that is also handled efficiently and quickly.

The dress is absolutely beautiful,
and the staff are incredibly kind and warm! I highly recommend it <3

I’m only 5’1, so unfortunately the dress was not a good sizing for me. I am between 6/8 and I sized up out of caution, it was still incredibly fitted. The material was also not what I was expecting, it was really thin. The dress style is gorgeous but sadly just not for me

I wore this for my sister in laws wedding in Portugal. She wanted colorful wedding guests and I struggled to find a dress I liked that was not black. lol This dress arrived quickly, very important because I didn’t find this one until just before the trip. It fit very well and was flattering. The fabric is heavy in way that lets the dress hang nicely and it did not wrinkle in my suitcase. Excellent quality. I usually wear dresses sized 10, ordered this in 10 and it fit perfectly. I am 5’3” and 160 lbs

I love the quality of the dress and fits perfectly. Delivery was very prompt.

The pattern is cute but quality very poor. Stitching on the garment was awful and fabric thin with only an elastic waist band on the skirt.

received dress today so disappointed 😢 as for a special occasion. The mesh overlay is dull not the vibrant colour advertised. The cream slip is brightly coloured with the dress pattern but poor quality material has what appears as water marks.

I give them 1 for nice colour dresses. I give them 0 for customer service. Here’s why. I ordered 4 dresses costing over £450! I pay £13 to have them delivered overnight so I can take them on holiday. I get two dresses in an envelope. No more . The Engels not tampered with. The package could not have fit 4 dresses. But it says 1 of 1 meaning no more packages are coming.
I call customer service. The line beeps three times and goes off. I text. Nothing. I email. Nothing. I keep trying. Finally some text back and says we’ll get on it. Then nothing for a whole day. They are ignoring me and I don’t know why. I email again and again. Finally I get a message. For good measure the person gives me the delivery charge refund. Says it will take 24-48 hours for their end to figure out what the delivery company has done wrong. It’s clearly not the DPS. The package was sealed. Since May 5th NFD have ignored me again. I don’t know what else to do but report them and get my credit card company to deal with it. I’m out over £250! And…..the other dresses were far too big so they have to go back but……..what will that take to get a refund.
Such a shame and a shame because the fabric are lovely. I have no idea why their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with online. Very sad.

From online to going to a shop to customer service via WhatsApp they have been amazing . Clothes are lovely . I’ve been shopping here for around a year or so and have bought a few pieces during this time and each time I have needed to ask anything , they have been right there . Highly recommended
