Ash from the Leeds store was a legend. He went through each step. Helped us find the right fabric and made everything very simple.

Definitely recommended.

Avoid purchasing anything from this company. We paid an astorshanant
amount of money for two sofas and two reclining swivel chairs thinking we were buying quality furniture. Firstly when delivered the sofas were not assembled properly and we waited an age for them to come and rectify this.
Then after a few months the two reclining chairs developed faults
One wouldn't swivel and the other wobbled (rocked side to side when you sit on it).
Well.......after sale service is diabolical the faults were reported in January 2026 and we are still waiting (June 2026) after numerous calls and emails for these faults to be rectified.
Cannot stress enough keep clear of this company. Disgraceful after sale service!!! I had to put one star but not worthy of that.

Jamie from Leeds was absolutely brilliant helping us choose our sofas. Super helpful, even going out of his way to move sofas around for us so we could see different fabrics together.

DO NOT BUY FROM NATUZZI EDITIONS LEEDS
I ordered a battery operated chair in March delivered yesterday by two guys who had no idea how to connect a battery to a chair. Eventually they managed to get the battery underneath with loads of loose wires hanging down but they said it was fine and left. I immediately contacted the store with photographs. This morning the chair is fully reclined and neither the battery or the plug in electric is working. I sent another email requesting collection of the chair and a refund as it is not fit for purpose. Surprise, no response. I have had a call from an engineer who can’t come out for over a week and Natuzzi had not advised them that the chair is not working. I have tried to contact Natuzzi again and am being passed from one person to another with nobody taking responsibility. They actually hung up on me in the end. This is the second major issue I have had with furniture from this store, won’t ever shop there again. This was a birthday present for my husband, totally ruined and they don’t care.
