We bought our corner sofa from Natuzzi Norwich today and the service we received from Rhianna was superb her knowledge was excellent she was so helpful and polite, if you go to Natuzzi Norwich ask for Rhianna you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I found out on short notice our house sale was completing. We needed to arrange a sofa and attended the store without really knowing what we were looking for. Natalie at the Manchester store was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was friendly and helped us to pick a product that was right for us.

Natuzzi have legends and Tony S at Wednesbury (previously Rugby) is one of the greatest. We have been browsing Natuzzi for a few years as we have been renovating a property and vowed to buy from Tony in with such a fantastic experience.

Buying the right sofa is significant investment (and we are very particular). Tony's friendly, honest and knowledgeable approach made the whole process enjoyable and stress free. He's talked us through options, configurations, fabrics without any hard sales pressure, he genuinely wanted to make sure we made the right purchase for us.

Tony's professionalism, warmth and attention to detail are outstanding, he has always made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We are absolutely delighted with our order and excited for the delivery.
