The bus i booked NX201 from T2,3 Heathrow to Swansea did not wait pulled out of the stand at 1528hrs.
Had an all flexible ticket which was not honoured by national express. Had to buy a new ticket. Not very good

Unreliable
The bus ended up being over an hour delay. There was no communication. We had to check that status ourselves. Ended up taking an alternative and more expensive route last minute.

The bus driver was great!
The bus driver was great. Someone talked on the phone very loudly on the bus and the bus driver took care of it. I would ride with him again at any time. Very friendly man!

Multiple booking attempts failed, with error messages received. Took me two different browsers. Got there in the end, but wouldn't let me log me in for checkout despite my signing up, so ended up paying unnecessary booking fee just to get the tickets sorted.
