The bus was late for over 40 minutes

The bus was late for over 40 minutes. The driver was courteous and the rest of the journey was smooth. At Heathrow no loading bay was displayed, and I almost missed the bus whilst waiting in the lounge looking at the display board.

Wonderful helpful service from your…

Wonderful helpful service from your agent Val. Phoned National Express on a Sunday morning and got straight through. The problem with my daughter’s expired travel card solved, tickets booked and helpful advice provided. First class, well done and thank you.
After many recent hours hanging on for certain tax related Government services I truly wish they were as responsive and efficient as yourselves!
