Fabulous service. Very efficient and thorough, nothing was too much trouble and Sharon was always very quick to respond to emailed queries. I was in the sad position where both my parents died very close together. Their estates are practically identical, for one we went down the traditional solicitor route and for the other I used My Probate Partner. My Probate Partner cost a lot less (£600 rather than over £15,000) and has been much quicker. I can’t recommend them enough!

Good communication, confirmation was approved by court first time. Much cheaper than using a solicitor.

I have told everyone about My Probate Partner and how amazing they have been. Having been informed by a solicitor that the Confirmation (Probate) process could take between 6 and 9 months, I was astonished that it took a matter of weeks to finalise and present to Paisley Sheriff Court!
I had an initial phonecall with My Probate Partner and did not have to call them again. The templates I was given access to, and the information they supplied, was so informative and easy to follow. I didn't even have to ask questions to my allocated case worker.
From the start of the process to finalising the paperwork to present to the Court took a matter of a few weeks. It would have been even quicker had a particular bank provided my deceased husband's statement a lot quicker. Once presented to the Sheriff Court, I received Confirmation within 4 days and that was during the Friday and Monday May Bank Holidays! Remarkable.

I engaged My Probate Partner (MPP) for their expertise to obtain Confirmation after becoming frustrated and stressed by the assistance I was receiving from my late father's solicitor.
Initially I thought I could complete the C1 form by myself, as I held all the information and knowledge of his financial affairs. What I hadn't understood was the legal framework, style, format and exactitude required, if it was to be approved.
Following the guidance from MPP I prepared a new draft which MPP then checked, amended and added to in order to complete the paperwork. I submitted this to the Sheriff Court for approval in the morning, expecting a response in 2-4 weeks, but was delighted to be granted approval the same afternoon.
I can't thank the MPP team enough for their help and support at this stressful time. Furthermore, I wish I had approached them sooner as it would have saved a lot of my time and stress.

After having visited my lawyer who advised that it would take over a year for confirmation to be granted and that they would not be chasing during the process I found a review on money saving expert’s website recommending my probate. I am so delighted that I used my probate as confirmation was granted in under 3 months. My probate talked me through the process and then completed the relevant paperwork for HMRC and the sheriff court. The fee which they charged was very low and saved me a huge amount of money on legal fees and a very lengthy wait. If you are someone who is prepared to do some of the work yourself such as contacting banks etc I would definitely say you should use my probate. They have made the whole process from my first tentative enquiry to getting the Certificate of Confirmation from the Sheriff's Office this week so straightforward. After discovering there was no survivorship clause on my and my late husband's Title Deeds, I contacted myprobatepartner.co.uk. Their service was second to none. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Right from the start, everything was simplified. Instructions and appropriate paperwork were sent to me immediately, at each stage, and someone was always available for any questions I had. The cost was much more affordable too.
Confirmation was granted and I can now instruct a solicitor to remove my late husbands name from the Title Deeds.

if you live in Scotland and need to fill in the C1 confirmation form you have 3 options
1. pay a solicitor 3 to5% of estate value ( up to £11000 in our case)
2. do it yourself we submitted it FOUR times. The problem is the court won’t tell you where it’s wrong!!
3. Engage MY PROBATE PARTNER. Using their services we got Confirmation within 3 weeks at the first attempt
