Horrendous firm to deal with. Pre-ordered a Lego set for my son which was due to be despatched on the 2nd. It’s worth noting that all other companies offering pre-order had no problems supplying, however, mygeekbox had “warehouse issues” and couldn’t actually tell me when the order would be despatched. After a number of messages through Twitter, where not one answer was from the same person, I lost complete patience and cancelled the order. Avoid at all cost!!

Should have gone to Zaavi. Extremely disappointed - pre-ordered the Luigi Lego starter set for my little boy as it came with pre-order extras.
After multiple correspondence and assurances from the customer services it still has not been processed.
Usually not one for looking at reviews but avoid. Terrible service. Shame I can’t give a zero star review.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed - ordered the Luigi Lego for my little boys 6th birthday - only ordered on this site because it came with free stuff which he would have also loved... I was dubious to buy from this site because of the reviews and I will be claiming my money back through PayPal because the item has still not been processed even though the release date of the Lego was the 2nd and it is readily available in other shops. Why promise orders you cannot fulfil? Disappointed customers and children - the amount of negative reviews here suggest clearly that this site is not to be trusted! Will not buy here again, only took the chance because of the extra stuff - clearly just a method to get people to give over their money! Ridiculous.

Pre order never arrived, no refund
Pre-ordered Lego toy for my son and it never arrived, no notification at all. Son was VERY dissapointed. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST!
Also requested refund for my deposit, was told it would take up to 5 business days but still hasn’t been refunded.

I ordered a box in December for a Christmas gift. It never came, so I wait for them to ship a replacement a month later, i waited until June and ask for a refund, they referred it to their team, 1 month goes by, still waiting. The social media team keep getting me to repeat the same information, it's a joke.
Funny thing is when I tried to write a negative review on their website it said it couldn't submit due to the link being broken.

Preordered an product that was due to…
Preordered an product that was due to ship 30/07 decided on the 15/07 I no longer wanted it and requested a refund which got declined through the automated service contacted customer support and by the 16/07 got told my request should be successful and its been transferred to another department. Now its the 22/07 and heard no confirmation email, sent another message which I've been told they've contacted the department again. After reading reviews I'm worried I'm going to get stuck waiting a long time for this to come through.
