The consultative nature of my account manager Scarlett and her team made me feel in complete control at all moments in our dealings. At no point did I feel steered towards any particular vehicular solution. I was given the information needed to form a birds-eye understanding of the different vehicular and financing options available and so facilitated me coming to an independent decision based solely on the needs of my newly incorporated firm. I found the professionalism of their client-centric approach both authentic and refreshing.

I was told my van would be ready in November but I didn’t get the van until the following March. They never really had an answer to where my van actually was just kept telling me it was in the port for months. And then the day of delivery of the van i took the day off work to take the delivery but the women phoned me at around 3/4pm to tell me she had sent the delivery driver to the wrong address and it would then be delivered on the Monday so not only did I then loose two days money I had to also mess around customers. I did get told I would be compensated but nothing ever came of it.

It was great working with MW Vehicle Contracts. It was my first time buying a higher purchase vehicle so I had a lot of questions and I was unsure at times. Rory was there every step of the way answering all my questions and reassuring me every step of the way.

The process was straightforward from my first day enquiry to the delivery of my vehicle it was seamless.

Vehicle was dirty, the rear load liner was defective which took a week for them to come back and agree it needs replacing but now I have to go and get it replaced in my own time! This is a brand new vehicle, worst new vehicle experience I have ever had! Ford have refused to replace the load liner and repaired it which was defective again a few days later. After many back and forth's with Ford they have now agreed to replace the load liner which can take up to 6 months due to shortage in parts! The car should not have been delivered to me in this state! I would never use this company again.

Great to deal with simply the best

Dealing with MWVC has been straight forward from start to finish. Everyone I've spoken to has been friendly, courteous, and informative, from choosing a new vehicle to sorting out the paperwork and getting my car delivered. This is my second car I'm leasing through them and I highly recommend them.

Great sales team and sorted out the finance and order no problems, really helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was fine although delayed a couple of times which was understandable. Unfortunately the vehicle arrived with no spare key and it was promised a week later but that never happened so I don’t have a spare key now. The delivery chap told me it had been lost during transport. No contact from MWVC since the delivery to check it was all ok and to advice on the missing key. I think it’s fair to expect the vehicle to be delivered complete and a company to quickly rectify the problem but that hasn’t happened on this occasion which is very disappointing.
