horrible customer service
horrible customer service. bought a supposedly 'new, only box was opened' guitar amp that stopped working in a few weeks. sent it back, Muziker tried to fix it instead of reimbursing. the amp came back still broken. after all this, Muziker still refuses to reimburse me, only wants to pay back in coupons. I newver want to buy anything from such a bad customer service again.

3 Times successful purchase

the piano arrived but without an adapter for connecting to the power grid. The packaging was damaged. The delivery time was increased by 2 times. The driver who delivered the piano was rude to me and my wife. I paid for transport insurance but for some reason they don't want to explain anything to me or pay - an increase in the delivery time, a lost important part and a package pierced in several places - is not an insurance case? Not to mention how much nerves were spent just so that the piano would arrive... They can't do this even for the 1000 euros we paid for the piano.

Only 4 starts because GLS delivery to Berlin is porblematic. Very rude people and not alway deliverying to the address. I would suggest to recommend other options to customers.
