Hillarious. Do not order anything from this.

This is hillarious. Ordered some bass pickups, website said they have it in stock at the supplier, as soon as I paid the pickups, I got an email they dont have it and asked me to buy something else. Then I waited 15 days for some news about the pickups. Finally they got the pickups, but then it was not delivered to the right address, because they purposely switched billing /delivery names. Then it was delivered to some "access point", which is some shit store, we tried to personally collect it, but the employee said he never received such package. UPS Tracking system reported it is delivered (taken over personally) at this access point.
They and their post partners are not capable in doing this bussiness. Expect major flaws and waiting, major misinformation, which is also psyhic and emotional torture, together with additional spending time, money and nerves to unneeded phone calls and emails. Disaster.

Very bad return process

MUZIKER has a great product range and fair prices. When you exactly know what to buy, dont need further testing, dont need return or refund afterwards, then its very good to buy here.
I would not advice to buy expensive equipment that you dont know yet.
As soon as you want to return you will have to wait a looooong time, you will have to write many many frustrating mails, you will be faced with attempts to hold back money but give a gift voucher. Be carefull, you dont have to accept that.
So when it comes to Service i give 1 Star only, because in these times, you have to be more professional and faster with replies. From the day i paid until i got my money back approx. 1 month (xmas in between, but anyway)

Absolutely dreaded experience

Absolutely dreaded experience.
I ordered some guitar parts to the same address as previous two parcels from Muziker.
This time the courier didn't deliver the parcel at all (wrong address). So I contacted Muziker to clarify with them.
The communication was a nightmare. 800euro blocked in goods. No will to help, no updates, one email I got instructed me to contact dpd myself (I did).
After a week the parcel was on the way back to them. No info, no follow up.

My only source of data was dpd website. I have not received a single email from Muziker about the status until the package was already on the way back.

They also said they need to wait for the parcel to arrive back and then they'll issue a refund within 14 days. I mean, it wasn't a return, it was a parcel I have never seen nor touched, yet I have to wait for the money back.

Unplanned circumstances happen. But the way the issue was handled by Muziker and the complete lack of updates about the situation crosses out the company for me. I can provide evidences of all the attempts I made to get any updates from them. Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced ever.

And their website shows the parcel was successfully delivered to ME. They even asked me for product reviews...

We are sorry that the delivery did not arrive as expected. We handed the parcel over to the carrier properly, and from the moment it was collected, the delivery process is entirely in the hands of the courier service. Even though we would have wished for a different outcome, we unfortunately cannot influence the delivery in such cases and must rely on the transport company.

As soon as we were informed about the issue, we immediately contacted the carrier and tried to resolve the situation.

After the parcel was returned to our warehouse, we inspected the products and refunded the full amount you paid. Of course, if you wish, we can offer you a new order at the same prices.

We are very sorry that this situation occurred, and we hope that a similar problem will not happen again in the future.

25% off usual retail

I admit, I'm a bargain hunter. Muziker, not listed in any of the usual shopping portals (may I guess, to save a few more bucks ;-) beat them all! I received my ordered earphones already after 5 days, new and unopened. All in all a very nice experience to shop
at Muziker: just impeccable!

The order process was confusing

The order process was confusing. You used the address of the parcel drop off location for the invoice address. This should not have been possible because I never entered this address via my keyboard.

Super Service, fast delivery and a nice price (Sennheiser Microphone)

I was looking for a new HeadSet Sennheiser Microhphone. The HSP Essential had a great price due to a coupon on the website. The article was delvered to me in 2 days, which is great. All questions were clarified on info at muziker.de. Won't be te last time I order something there. Thanks.
