The ability to enjoy the music with synced and accurate lyrics which helps the listener enjoy the music better.
And also if song is in a foreign language, you can get possibility to understand the artists track message from the translations of each track.
Very responsive and helpful customer service - handled the issue quickly, comprehensively, and thoughtfully. Thank you!
I really love this way of fixing my songs on to Spotify! It makes it really easy👌 thank you to the Musixmatch team!
It's a great opportunity to make my songs to achieve more people
Horrid. Musixmatch, at least the free version, is the least user friendly site I've come across other than Microsoft. Full of more bugs than a summer cornfield. No company assistance, just constant redirect to have other users fix their problems. Even basic things don't work or are stuck in an endless loop between pages or site sections. Not even a contact form or bug report. Can't believe they're still in business.

An excellent app to make every music happy and well-cultured. Be in it since 2021
Highly recommended Musixmatch service is amazing and the app so easy to use.
Big thanks to Pamela from Musixmatch, she was really helpful, polite, professional and kind :)
Imagine paying a business to make money off your intellectual property; that's musixmatch for you!
Not only that, the business even lets you use your free time to work for them if you're a contributor. For free!
They don't answer your questions either when they get too complicated, they just refer you to the artists space, an echo chamber of small artists trying to promote their work to no audience. And where no questions are left answered.
There is no transparency at all, I'm yet to see how I can collect any royalties on the content I provide and there is no way you can get past this business since it's holding a monopolistic position on the market. Yay, great company.

Currently using Oremium but want to upgrade to Pro. Seems there is no path without losing the account I already have.

i havent used it but i have seen it used and i liked it thats why i requested for verification so i can distribute my lyrics well.
Many bugs has been faced. I couldn’t able to verify lyrics in under curator. Please fix the bugs as soon as possible. Thank you.

I’ve used Musixmatch for years as an artist, and I honestly can’t believe the direction they’ve taken. Out of nowhere, they now require a government ID just to verify my artist profile even though I can easily be verified through my official record label, Spotify for Artists, verified email, or even my Instagram account.
This is absurd. Musixmatch already has multiple secure, legitimate ways to confirm identity without forcing artists to hand over personal government documents. It’s invasive, unnecessary, and feels like a massive overreach for what should be a simple lyrics management tool.
Musixmatch, do better. Artists shouldn’t have to trade privacy for access to their own work. Until this policy changes, I'm left helpless and cant even upload my own lyrics to my hard worked songs unless i give my government ID.

The website is just extremely frustrating for an average contributor like me. The tools are decent, when they work. But they often don't and feels like a buggy mess.
Just want to sync the lyrics of some songs I enjoy. Spent a lot of time syncing then just got sv flag errors. Retried and same errors and after a few retries the retry button just stop working. The help button leads me back to the page of the song. There's no way to ask for help either from the website.
And even when I successfully submitted it, the contribution history shows I 'added' the song, not 'synced', and the last contribution was years ago. How would I even know if I was successful?
I don't care about getting credit. I don't care about the curator system or making money from transcribing/syncing lyrics. I just want lyrics to the songs I love transcribed/synced. And their system is extremely hostile towards people like me. They just want free labor for their product. Very disrespectful.
Plus they're using AI for transcription, and their AI transcribed lyrics is like, considered the ground truth. They can have obvious mistakes but as a nobody contributor I have no way to correct/challenge it.
