Fantastic staff
Fantastic staff! Especially Yanga who is a great waiter.
Also Dennis who kept my in-laws room immaculate and was always available if they needed anything at all.
Donne was always on hand for our own room, it was kept spotless every single day.
Jean Donne handled our laundry and it was returned quickly and perfect.
The ship is amazing, but the theatres lack accessibility if you are in a wheelchair.

The Yacht Club on MSC World America was…
The Yacht Club on MSC World America was a superb experience. We were a family of 7 of mixed ages from us Grand parents to the youngest grand children of 5 and 8. Everyone had a brilliant time. The food and wine was just wonderful and the children had a great kids’s menu too.
The staff were wonderfully attentive and caring and made us feel truly special and valued.

The price and overall quality is good
The price and overall quality is good. Party vibe great for party people! Fancy service is not provided, a good thing for me as basic sevice is what I like. Ships I sailed on are very satisfactory and my preferred choice of itinerary (including sailing from Southampton) is provided. Overall very happy and will go again.

Didn’t like msc cruise app for dinner…
Didn’t like msc cruise app for dinner menu, much nicer to have a printed menu, food in Restaurant not up to scratch.
Liked the theatre shows(excellent) and entertainment, but seating in Virtuosa lounge needs sorting found it difficult to get a seat most nights.

Food Quality
Poor food quality and not correct temperature and not a good choice in the main restaurant.
Price of shuttle into Reykjavik from docking port was far too expensive and should be complimentary as a 60 mins walk into the town centre - not acceptable !

Vibrant Virtuosa
I love Virtuosa's bling, the Swarovski stairs in the atrium, the dome experiences. There is a good selection of food options although I have only used the main dining rooms and buffet. I enjoyed the outside in the sun in Iceland! Just chilling and doing nothing was relaxing.
