The question of smoking onboard ships is always a difficult one. We have to cater for all our guests and onboard MSC Cruises smoking is not allowed in the dining rooms and other areas of bars and public lounges. There are designated places for smokers, and these are vigorously monitored to try to ensure that smokers do not stray outside these areas. The casino is an area that smokers are allowed, and this is the case for the majority of casinos, on land or at sea. We apologise if you felt this marred your experience. MSC review Iceland/Norway
MSC are a great cruise line. Sailed on Virtuosa super trip, entertainment was good apart from one act. Negatives are excursions are expensive, getting people off on tenders at Sandnes was a joke and disembarking at Southampton was slow but not their issue, it was the organisation is suitcase collection. Would I book again? Yes

I had a wonderful holiday
I had a wonderful holiday, but the only thing I was let down on was that I didn’t receive my City Pass in Seattle, I went on holiday with friends and they received the City Pass but I was unable to join them on the experience apart from one which I paid for from my own money.
We tried to sort it out but was passed around and wasn’t able to get the pass when I was there, hopefully I will be refunded for the trip that I paid for, and compensated for what I missed out on,

Not as I expected food wise or entertainment,
Not happy with food quality , some cultures might like burgers and sweet crap for breakfast and laypeople around ship in pyjamas , not acceptable, got to remember Brits and Europeans are on board so cater for them also,

Iceland & Norway Cruise (MSC Virtuosa)
The bedbug issue in our cabin was very disappointing and unfortunately had a significant impact on our overall experience, leaving us with lasting negative memories of the stay. However, all the crew and staff were very hardworking, friendly, and consistently helpful throughout, and their efforts were genuinely appreciated.

Our second cruise with MSC and World…
Our second cruise with MSC and World Europa is a fabulous ship. Great staff, amazing entertainment in the Panorama lounge and great food and hospitality. Plenty of bars and places to go. Would highly recommend and we hope to sail again in 2027!

Last 7 MSC cruises went very well however this one was dissappointing mainly due to Chefs on board that were not trained to serve good Indian variety of foods.

Fantastic entertainment & friendly staff
We got a really great deal & the cruise ship was lovely. The food was nice, but being dairy intolerant I struggled at time as I didn't have must choice. The entertainment was fantastic especially the jugglers. The bar staff worked very hard & were very friendly.

I had a great time on MSC World Europa. The service was excellent, the food was very good, and the crew was friendly and attentive throughout the cruise. The ship was beautiful, clean, and offered plenty of entertainment. Overall, a wonderful experience and a holiday i truly enjoyed. Thank you to the entire team!
