Absolutely disgusting experience, very poor attitude and quite simply just general bad manners. No communication, can't even be bothered to say hello. Will not be using them again. If you want to know what it feels like getting out of the wrong side of bed, just visit these guys. They really need to sort themselves out, or they will end up losing more customers. Don't even deserve 1 star.

Booked a full service, this time around they were slightly distracted and more busy.
I still expected a full service.
I check under my bonet, coolant still low not fresh and clean. The pollen filter didnt get changed.. The team mentioned next service my spark plugs would need changing, busy? I was expecting them to get done as part of the full service..
I feel slightly ripped off as I could of done the oil and filters myself for less of the cost..

I’d give 0 star if I could. I’ve used this branch a few times in the past and had no issue, I booked and paid for a service and collected the car was not made aware of any issues. I had a blow out on the way home from work that day, a nail was lodged in the wall of my tyre that was noted on the service report and I was not told about. The guy who did the service was not the guy who took my money so clear demonstration of miscommunication. If I had been advised I would have paid to get it replaced- for my own safety and extra profit to the company. Very disappointed and will be complaining further than this review. This has caused stress and I won’t be using mr tyre again nor will I be recommending. We use these places for peace of mind for our safety not to break down afterwards.

Always friendly and great service. It’s amazing you can pick the tyre you need and have it fitted within hours the same day! Used 3 times now and never had an issue. Fair value considering the convenience.

Great service provided by Mark again this year. Always happy to return here to this branch as always found him to be a friendly honest and professional guy. He also possesses a chair in his waiting room that is to die for.

Didn't have to wait long, about 15 minutes, not to bad. Everything else was good, the fitter was polite and and efficient, so thank you.
