Brilliant and helpful service
Today I experienced the highest quality service from this company and in particular from Jay and Will. I had a slow puncture and a reported nail in another tyre. These two guys found that the valve on the puncture was to blame and didn't charge me to replace it and having carefully inspected the other tyre found nothing wrong. They were diligent, informative and very helpful. I will definitely return, particularly if attended by Jay and Will. Well done guys.

Prompt & speedy service

James at Mr Tyre on the Kings Road at New Oscott, Sutton Coldfield was very helpful and polite. On my old exhaust pipe was a chrome attachment that my mum and my dad brought one Christmas as my dad is no longer with us now it is important more than ever to treasure these things so I am very grateful for James taking this off and keeping it safe for me until I came to collect my car. As it been on for many years this attachment the chrome is not rushy or discolored in anyway. The attachment for how many years it has been on my car is doing well but James said they did not put it on the new exhaust pipe as some of the bolts are rushy and James said we did not want to risk it coming off while you were driving and you lost it. So they are very caring people. Both nice chaps at Mr Tyre happy with the work carried out today.
