Firstly I was told didn't balance …
Firstly I was told didn't balance centreless wheels on my Peugeot 407 and the manager at Congleton branch didn't really care that I was unsatisfied with that service and still had to pay as balancing was included in the price which I couldn't have I suggest that on your website etc you stipulate that fitting of tyres except peugoet 407 and other centreless wheels as they knew what car was booked in i should of been contacted about it so clearly won't be going there again and

Dear Mark,
We do apologise that we were not able to balance your center less wheels, unfortunately as there a very small percentage of vehicles left on the roads with these type of wheels it's not cost effective to invest on the wheel balancer adaptor.
However, we did inform of this before we fitted the tyres and you asked us to continue. You didn't pay for the balancing as we do not charge for this when tyres are purchased from us.

Excellent service.…
So glad I decided to call in to Mr Tyre I had a nail stuck in my tyre but on closer inspection both back tyres where showing signs of wear so I decided to have two new one's they went through the options and prices booked me in for the next day .. Took no more than 30mins to do I'm really happy with the service will definitely return in the future and would highly recommend.
