I ordered a large and it runs real small. I have a miniature American Eskimo that weighs only 16 lbs and the bed is not big enough for her. It’s flat on one side of the rim because it doesn’t have enough stuffing in it. She sleeps more on her blanket because she can stretch out on it.

Impossible to return!!!!!
Quality of product not great, but main concern is if you want to return your order, then DO NOT BUY from this company. They make it impossible to return as return address in Germany. I sent my parcel back after lots of back & forth, paid £21 @ post office for parcel to be signed for as requested, only for my parcel to be returned to me, as unclaimed their end.
Will never order again nor recommend this company!!!!

Bed is awesome! Super soft. My old/overweight husky has got bad joints. She can barely get up on her own and spends most her time laying down these days. I've been telling her for 2 days she's getting a new bed so she's been excited. She absolutely loves it and so do I! It's very good quality and unlike all my other dog bed this will be super easy to put back together after coming out of the dryer the way it's designed with the inserts. Kudos for that. I've replaced beds to avoid fighting to get the cover back on after washing a single time. The company is great. My order was processed immediately at the very end of the day. Packed and shipped bright and early the following morning. At my doorstep in 3 days! Completely shocked me. I received an email daily with not just updates but words of gratitude and instructions on how to take care of it. I also purchased 1 of the giant round beds that should be here tomorrow. Very excited. Thank you so much. I will be ordering a 3rd as soon as I know which bed my other dogs seem to prefer. Great product. Great company. Great experience. Highly recommended. Easy to see on the web site what has worked for other dogs, very helpful. The bed arrived in a timely span and in good shape. My Westie took to it right away, and “arranged” the pillow to her liking. Good quality material.

Redesigned bed/Maine Coon approved
Redesigned bed. Prior bed you couldn't stand or lay on it, very roly poly. New design is great. My dog refused to even touch the old bed, he doesn't mind this one. He's not the one that uses it though. My Maine Coon has taken it over and ❤️ loves ❤️ it! Soooo, CAT APPROVED!

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered the MrFluffyFriend Calming Dog bed for my large breed dog. The photos showed it to be well-filled, supportive, cuddly. While I liked the shaggy covering because it felt soft and inviting, the bed was underfilled with cheap filling. I could touch the floor when I pressed down. It felt and looked like a $25 bed with a price tag of $199. I contacted the company to tell them the bed did not measure up to their description. They asked for time for the fill to "fluff". I gave it a couple of days. They advertise a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. After a few days I informed them I wanted to return it. They requested photos. I sent them. Then they wanted videos. I said I just wanted to return the bed. It was a nightmare. I finally had to get PayPal involved to arbitrate with this very difficult customer service department that was trying to run out the 30 day time clock with their delays. Their hidden return policy is full of roadblocks. I am convinced the only reason I received a refund (minus the $42 to return the item) is because PayPal ruled in my favor and forced the refund.
Oh yes...my dog WOULD NOT use the bed. First bed she has ever declined.

What a massive scam. DI NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
I bought a cool mat, when it arrived , it was absolutely tiny, nothing cool about it, certainly not fit for purpose.
When i tried to return it. The customer service was horrendous, what they dont tell you although it is despatched from England address, you cannot return it to that address it must be sent to GERMANY, at your expense. The mat cost £25, it would have cost £16 to return it. They will not allow you to return it where it came from. They are absolutely scammers in everyway. Please stay clear of this business.
Unfortunately your excuses and your sorry this did not reach your expectations bla bla bla. Doesn't cut it. People don't want to hear you excuses. Yes give people back their refund without all the BS about how your reviews are helping you to review how you process stuff. Its all BS. Refund people or you will forever get bad reviews. The beds are high quality and my dogs love them. The biggest problem I have is I own a dog care business and they all want on them after a long play session. They are especially helpful if I have anxious dog staying over. Well worth the money!!

I was pleased with customer service when I mistakenly thought I selected the correct size of my dog for his bed. I noticed it after the sakes acknowledgement appeared. I quickly contacted customer support to get the order rectified and their response was immediate and professional. I received the bed in the time frame that was stated. It was a good experience.

On initial impression and looking at the mat I thought the product did not look like it was worthy of spending £25 on .
I have a 10yr old French bulldog who is such a fidget and at first was not interested in the mat.

Ordered cooling mats for 2 dogs. Both dogs laid on them instantly and remained there and slept soundly. They choose to lay on them constantly. Definitely worth the money! Happy cool dogs. Totally recommend.

It would be a minus if there were such an option. My order did not show up and it is impossible to get hold of this company except via their contact form which they often choose to ignore, meaning the customer is left out of pocket.

It’s the 2nd Mr Fluffy Friend’s bed I bought for my Morkie! The first was bought a few years ago and still in good condition after many washes in the washing machine. My dog immediately went to lie on it after I opened it! The base may not be as ‘plump’ as it advertises but it is still comfortable cos my girl just loves it.
