Originally put car up on carwow and got £1800 more going through Motorpoint ,was expecting the original offer to be slashed once they checked over the car but happy to say it was £80 less ,only downside is the time to pay existing settlement figure but I got the remaining money paid within 15 minutes. very happy

The young lady who dealt with us was very professional and certainly knew her job. She was also extremely pleasant,explained everything clearly and was a pleasure to do business with. She's a definate asset to your company

I sold my car through Motorpoint Burnley. The on-line form was straightforward. We arrived for our appointment and were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. We received the offer price. Sad to see my car go but selling it through Motorpoint was painless.

Good price and made very welcome "in store". Price dropped by £150 for worn brakes. No evidence given and we were "surprised" but the price was £500 better than the on line auction site so happy enough

Arrived 10am and by 10-45 I was on way back with the full amount quoted in my Bank Account. A very professional & efficient service, I cannot fault it. Sheffield's price was well above the Trade In quoted by my new car dealership .

Nathan explained everything about the check of the vehicle the amount payable and time taken. Very professional and polite at all times, he also explained how to see a car on site should we be interested

Waste of time. I stupidly believed that declaring any damage to my car online before getting the valuation would mean that the online price would then be fairly accurate. I was very wrong. Having declared all damage that I could think of (right down to a small paint chip on the bonnet of my 10 year old car), I was given a valuation of £2990. I turned up at Castleford for my appointment (first of the day) and was kept waiting for 20 minutes, no explanation or apology. Two minutes in, the advisor broke off our meeting to take a phone call (i had obviously not been waiting long enough already), then eventually took my car to the workshop for review and returned to say that they'd need to knock off £1200 on account of the damage. Which they already knew about - he had even read the list out to me that i had declared on the online form at the start of our appointment. Utter waste of time.
