Charged £6.62 to deliver a 53gram package to me in the Scottish Highlands - sent by the Royal Mail at a cost of £1.06! It’s funny how for the purposes of delivery I am remote but if I want to post something to them they are not remote. The Royal Mail is a universal service charging the same wherever you live in the UK. The extra charge levied by this company is essentially a completely unnecessary rip off. Avoid if you want anything delivered to “North Britain”.
Thank you Sharon for brilliant customer services!
Ordered colour match paint plus undercoat and lacquer. When it didn’t arrive after 5 days I contacted the help team. I was informed by Sharon that the order had been returned to them by the courier as they had a problem with delivery. She sent it out again and it was returned to them again. So she refunded the delivery charge and sent it by next day delivery but it wasn’t delivered and was sent back to Motor Nuts. Sharon contacted me by phone to say that Hermes couldn’t deliver it because I live in a private lane and there is a sign saying no access. I explained that the sign wasn’t intended for deliveries but at least I could understand the couriers dilemma. As I live fairly close to Motor Nuts I decided to pick the order up personally. I would like to thank Sharon for her perseverance and great customer service by keeping me informed of the problem. I now need to alter the sign to make it clear that deliveries can be made in the private lane.

I ordered a scratch repair pen and it has never arrived I have contacted them three times and their response is the courier has it for delivery - really poor don’t use this company - I will contact my bank so that they can retrieve my money
Let down.
I dont like to be the bearer of bad news but I'm afraid I need to ruin the so far unblemished reviews of MotorNuts. On the 23rd June, I ordered a touch up pen for my black mini. 10 days later after it didn't appear, I contacted the company. They responded quickly, informing me that after tracking, the pen appeared to have been lost in transit and that another would be sent the next day with a 24 hour delivery. On the 26 July and after the second pen had also failed to appear, I sent another email informing the company. I've asked for a refund but as yet, have had no response. I'm rather disappointed as I looked at the trust pilot reviews before placing the original order. Motor nuts are not the cheapest supplier of the product I ordered but I thought their positive reviews justified the slightly higher price.
Ordered a space saver tyre
Ordered a space saver tyre Tuesday morning, staff were excellent, said delivery would be 5 working days as the wheel had to come from Italy. Received before 1:00 on Thursday, 28 hours, not bad.
Very impressive delivery
Very impressive delivery, quality of the items I received were completely as expected and the price was competitive.
Highly recommended
Excellent service
