Utterly appaling service,impossible to navigate customer portal,cancelled a policy with 2 days remaining so could not renew tried to take money over a week before renewal due.Theives and liars do NOT use

This Company relies so heavily on chat…
This Company relies so heavily on chat bots that it becomes a time consuming joke, sold and purchased new bike Saturday and just cant speak to anyone. Had to take out a policy with new insurere so cancelled my old policy. Refund from insurer £67 fee from Motorcycle Direct £75 but out of the goodness of their heart they do not charge the difference if refund is less than fee. So for 3 months left I got ZERO.

new portal to oblivion
i have been with this company a while now,about 20 days ago i recieved a reminder,i found this quite confusing that i wasent realy sure what to do so i left it go for a while ,i reread it a few times still not clear what to do,it was going on about a new system in place ,unfortunatly i then forgot about it untill today,my insurance has lapsed,so i persevered and manged to get into this new portal thing,only to be led round and round with no chance at paying,id say your new portal sucks ,the reminder should have a button to your new (an obvious button) portal ,i found this whole experience to be unsatisfactory,im sure if i were closer to twenty and not sixty im sure it would all be easy,you dont even have an email to complain,but i found this reveiw page ,so here it is for all to see rather than just you ,as you know there are more bikes in there sixtys than ever,i would suggest making this easyer or loose customers ,starting with me bye

Auto Renewal trap will cost you
I turned off Auto Renew weeks before my insurance was due to end, then later, I found they had renewed it anyway! When I spoke to them I had to send them new cover docs etc but they stated I turned off auto renew after insurance had started and I had to pay them £40 cancellation fee. I was told this was for the 11 hour time difference between my old and new policy for Third Party Only insurance I didn't need as my bikes were off the road during that time!!
How convenient to them that they state I didn't turn off auto renewal (which I flipping well did in plenty of time!). Not happy.
