Having never bought a new build home before I was unsure of the process involving arrangements to get a professional snagging survey done.From my initial phone call with Lucy in the office I realised that due to pending completion date time was not on my side.Lucy explained possible pitfalls etc and that Morgan Sloane were not the cheapest company offering the service I required and that if I looked around I would be able to find cheaper however assured that their service would be thorough. Payment was made and arrangements were made by their surveyor to visit site/plot on chosen date and a very thorough report was received back within a few days. I would not hesitate in using this company again or recommending them to others
